I received my Crocus Sativus bulbs when they were already quite far sprouted, but they’d all sprouted at very difficult angles and during picking or transit many (at least a third) of the sprouted bulbs had broken. Though there were about ten really nice sized bulbs the rest were really quite small. Maybe I had the end of the bulb harvest and ended up with all of the runts of the collection, but I was quite disappointed that they were small and many were damaged. I’ve planted the broken bulbs separately but I don’t think they’ll do much.

Hello, Crocus sativus bulbs start to sprout in September/October and when delivered after September they will usually have some shoots on arrival. Once planted, the shoots will straight up and the bulbs will continue to grow normally. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care

Ordered a XXL peony which when eventually received was very small & not a very good standard. I contacted FG & was eventually offered a partial refund.

Bit disappointed in the size of the amaryllis bulbs. The ones in the garden centre close to where I live are 3 times as big

Our Amaryllis bulbs are generally very large and produce multiple flower stems, some varieties naturally have smaller bulbs than others. Bulbs are probably going to be great. However the order took weeks from placing to receiving. I needed to delay delivery because I was going to be away from home. There was no possibility of changing the order with either the courier or the supplier which meant both my neighbour and I were massively inconvenienced.

Only 50% of the ranunculus bulbs have started getting some green , the cala lilies are only starting to come out now and 4 of all the hyacinths have green leafs. Nothing else has come out yet. So far the results are very poor.

Hello, Ranunculus typically start to sprout 3-8 weeks after planting so do let us know if any have failed to sprout after this time. Hyacinths do not usually sprout until spring, and depending on which type of calla you ordered in spring they may not flower in the first year. Original order via Evri lost as we previously experienced for other suppliers. We avoid repeat ordering from companies that use Evri. You were then unable to provide replacements and we had to source alternatives elsewhere. Not good service...

I adore the interesting and very different varies available from Farmer Gracy. I always feel excited and look for to receiving new unusual colourful additions to our garden. But what I do not look forward to is the actual delivery itself. This is because it has on recent orders been mis-delivered to a similar sounding but completely incorrect address on a different area of our city. While the receipients have fortunately taken the trouble to deliver to our correct address, this does not cut it. I cannot place orders for them to arrive some where else. It is an imposition on the good nature of others, it cannot be relied upon and it not acceptable. Some one at Shopify the online transaction agent needs to be shot or a different order transaction system put in place!

Hello, We're sorry that your parcels have been delivered to the incorrect address previously. The incorrect address was saved as your default address on our system, but since you contacted us about it the incorrect address has now been removed from your list of addresses only leaving your correct address. This means that if your address is automatically populated when placing an order on our website in future, the correct address will be used. Spent over £50 last season and had no shows from the bare rooted items and really lush leaves from all the bulbs, but NO flowers!. So I won't be buying any more! I do not own a mobile, so can't show all my lovely leaves.

Despite entering into discussions and the people I talked to describing themselves as horticulturalist always, what does that mean . I could describe myself the same way. So half the Ranuculus arrived not as claws but bits. i sent photos and was told this often happens. I asked two simple questions will the bits grow and did they pack by weight …. Neither answered. The rest of bulbs were great but really. If your a proper gardener you could have answered my questions. I would order again but never with rank amateurs

Well I bought lots of bulbs last year and lots of them never appeared. I have a fried who spent £400 last year and he had the same problem. I have bought some more this year and if they don’t grow I’m not ordering again. Very disappointed and waste of money.

We choose our range of bulbs and plants very carefully and source freshly harvested stock from the most reputable farms. While there can sometimes be failures, on the whole, plants will grow reliably when supplied in good condition and in the correct environment. Bulbs are good quality. However I found the constant emails, special offer, reminder about special offer, don’t forget to buy the special offer …..too much. Once would have been enough especially as the offer was taken up on FIRST email. Have now unsubscribed. Then there’s the matter of delivery. They use Hermes under another name. Necessary to stay in all day as delivery time sent just before delivery! They do NOT try to deliver 3 times as stated But leave boxes behind bin. I feel the hassle outweighs the quality of the bulbs..

FG 855912 I made two recent orders. Unfortunately there was one bag of the three bare root Sarah Bernhardt peonies ordered with nothing in it but the soil. As a regular customer I was disappointed in this as the service is usually so good. Regards Margaret Allen

Hello. My rating isn't about the product, it's a "lack of communication" thing. I made two fair-sized orders, one on June 2nd and the other on June 5th, 2022. I received my June 5th order a week ago, but haven't heard anything about the first order. All I can find is on the website is that in my account, it says the June 2nd order is unfulfilled. It's still coming, right?

I couldn´t resist sharing a photo from my 12m2 small plastic greenhouse here in middle Sweden, where just now the flower beds are well covered with summer flowering bulbs of Begonias. Plus some other seed plants of my own produce, which all together give me and my husband an incomperable joy in the evening, especially on hot days like these (27 degrees C) when we sit here with a glass of white wine before dinner. The enjoyment is further increased by thinking of all the money we save on not going on a week of holiday at the Mediterrainian burnt landscape but stay at home in the lushest green environment of Sweden/ England / the Netherlands respectively. Let us not forget the lovely fragance of the lilies, petunias, smell-peas (?) and many more, which are sweeping in the entire garden in clouds of exquisite perfumes.
