Order: FG1092375. Unfortunately this has to be a negative review- the plants from my last order have damped off. Some that looked OK initially also look sad e.g. the iris and the monarda. I have potted them all up except for a couple put straight into the ground with absolutely necessary slug protection - one munch and they will be gone. Can you advise?

Was looking forward to planting my new pale pink bleeding heart. Unfortunately damaged in transit and sold out! Couriers fault 100% So looking for another.

I don’t like the fact that my delivery is just dropped off with one knock of the door, picture taken and then they are gone. Items are stolen from doorsteps and because a picture is taken, there ends any responsibility for safe delivery

Of three plants, two were excellent and one appears to be dead. ( Salvia Hot lips) For the price, I expected better.

I cannot believe you’re asking me to post a review? I am still awaiting your reply to my email regarding the poor quality plants you sent. Disappointing. I was sent just 1 of the 3 Dicentra I ordered and charged for 3. When I queried this I was given a refund for 2. I actually wanted 3 plants- so queried the refund as I was not given what I ordered and then got a full refund. What a nuisance.

Not the quickest delivery, by the time the parcel was being delivered I was away for the weekend and the courier they use doesn't allow you to collect from a parcel shop or change delivery date. I was worried the goods would be left in the rain or frost, my neighbour lucky was around to take in the order. Bulbs/corns look a bit dried up and unsure if they will grow, time will tell. Still awaiting an order placed on the 8th of March.

You can find further detail on our shipping schedule (link below) and if you contact us in advance we can normally make arrangements to ship your order at a certain time to avoid times when you might be away. Unfortunately every time I order there is an issue with my plants. Often I have to send an email advising that some of the bulbs are rotten or damaged which is disappointing. The quality checking isn’t happening when these are being parcelled, it seems the packs are pre packed some time in advance and not checked when dispatch time comes. Half the dahlias tubers were snapped on this occasion. Farmer Gracy has refunded or replaced but I would rather not have to complaint in the first place. Dispatch time is also incredibly long. I hope this feedback will help improve the service.

Ordered bare root perennials in Early Jan they were delivered at end of March. Right at the very end of bare root season. Plants arrived sweating having been in transit for over a week. Time will tell if they survive.

Hello, Bare root perennials can be planted between February and May, they will have more growth when planted from around April onwards but they should be perfectly fine. There will usually be a little condensation in the bag from the damp compost, but the plants should be in good condition. The root perennials supplied this year were absolutely TINY and this follows a 2/10 success rate with some helenium root perennials last year which were also tiny. Need to supply larger pieces of some perennials.

I am sorry to say that I am disappointed with a lot of my purchases. Fritillaries Imperialis,and meleagris,Erythronium pagoda,and white beauty,and eremurus tap dance have all failed to show any signs of life at all. I’ve waited so long to see if they grow but there is nothing.

Lots of the tubers were damaged which was a bit of a shame. Let’s see how the dahlias end up! I ordered 6 plants, 2 were fine and 4 were damaged.

Dahlia tubers are brittle and sometimes small breakages can occur, providing there are a good number of tubers attached they normally grow well. Good quality but unfortunately the contact with this company is downright bad; nothing is personal because too many different people reply to emails and never answer your question,,,, that's why this low score .

I received a pack of 30 tete a tete daffodils and planted them in three tubs in November. Only one bulb out of the 30 has appeared Really disappointed as all the other spring bulbs from you,tulips and iris have been great. I have to say this has made me a bit reluctant to order anything else. .These were spring bulbs I ordered last year

Quality of some bulbs are not as good as previous years recieved 3 bulbs same variety all different sizes complained and was sent out replacement bulbs but not impressed with these either very small bulbs sent as replacement.

Dispatch was slow - but packaged well. However out of the 40 bulbs I ordered - not one flowered or even sprouted - they were placed in different areas of the garden- big shame as all other plants thrived in the garden.
