just planted up my dahlia tubers. some of the poorest quality tubers ive had poorly stored arrived damaged

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your Dahlia tubers. We keep all of our bulbs in tightly controlled conditions to preserve the quality, and we find that damage occurs in only a small minority of cases. However, Dahlia tubers are naturally brittle and as a result, it is common for some of the fingers to become detached, but providing most of them are still attached they should grow without any problems. If the outer layer has peeled away between the finger and the neck, they should still thrive provided the fibres are intact. I ordered 2 packs of bulbs as a gift, sadly the bulbs and their packaging was received entirely mouldy. After contacting Farmer Garcy of the incident, they have assured me that the goods will be replaced. At this date i cannot confirm that the replacement goods have been received. Sadly, i am very disappointed with their quality of products and i am very reluctant to place another order, what a shame, there are so many items that i liked on their website.

Low rating is because they use Hermes who lost our parcel despite promising delivery twice. Farmer Gracy refunded cost of bulbs

Website states "Expect Top Size Bulbs". Some of the crocus bulbs were tiny, pea sized or smaller. Not what I would call a Top Size. Furethermore some bulbs were damaged / sliced so I don't anticipate they'l be too strong. We'll have to see how many grow.

One of the three bulbs was very good - the other two were very small and some roots and stems were broken. I planted them anyway and hoped for the best. Time will tell

First order was due beginning so September, nothing. Got in touch with FG to be told our order was with the Hermes, Hermes contacted us to advise of a delivery date. In middle of October we get an email to say our Oder had been received in the Netherlands! Contacted FG again to be told first order had gone missing so it had never reached the courier, conflicting messages. Having said that when our second order was finally confirmed, the package did arrive but bulbs weren’t the best quality I’m afraid
