Last spring I ordered gladioli which turned out to be not the ones I ordered. A dahlia tuber was also rotten and did not grow. I thought to give a second chance this autumn. Bulbs received had rotten bulbs in the packs. Recently I had 5 allium delivered and 3 were rotten! No response from customer service. I will never order from this company again!!

Awful company to deal with !! Still waiting on my order, been told three times it has been sent, it hasnt, the courier has not even picked it up yet. I have gone through pay pal to get a refund. AVOID

Ordered twice from this company and still to receive my order, they keep changing the dates and lying to me that it is with the courier, then an email days later saying it will soon be despatched, 11 days after due date and still no orders, they ignore my emails and I am now £30+ down the drain, awful customer service and awful company to deal with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS and they remove negative reviews so I don't hold out much hope for this one staying up......Trading Standards are my next move

Customer service horrendous. Ordered bulbs, told delivery by 21st Oct, still waiting, now they sent an email saying my order is ready and will be with me in 2-8 days ? I ordered on the 14th, its now the 23rd. Treat you like a fool, paid good money for my order that wasn't even ordered or sent....AVOID

Not in a position to review as nothing received yet. I have emailed and was told it would be followed up, but have heard nothing and still no delivery. Will be too late to plant the bulbs soon.

The Begonia bulbs purchased earlier this year were abysmal. Five did not flower, of the remainder there were only three which were the colour ordered, the rest had single red blooms, one has still to flower! The first year your bulbs were amazing, apricot and salmon flowers just beautiful I will not buy anymore from you.

I bought Iris bulbs in the spring and none of them produced a flower. They just produced long stalks. I bought other bulbs and they were fine but I love Iris flowers and was really looking forward to them flowering. The Iris bulbs that were left in plant pots have now started growing again and I am waiting to see if any flowers grow.
