“It worked whitout any problems”

“I would normal rate this good but I had an issue with a Peony being omitted just as the plants were ready for delivery....I spoke to someone at customer service who didn't appear to understand my frustration that the plant omitted was a present for someone; basically not really that bothered, bit tale it or leave it.”

Hello, I'm sorry that part of your order couldn't be fulfilled and for the frustration caused. Occasionally, we find that the stocks are no longer in good condition. We would not be happy to send you plants which we do not think are viable - to avoid delays, in instances like this we issue a refund for the out of stock items. “I inititially thought that I'd been scammed by a Google ad. But no, the bylbs turn up when it's prime time to plant them. They arrived in perfect condition and the care taken with the packaging is amazing. With every different plant comes instructions on when and how to plant. You guys Rock!”

They arrived fresh and so elegantly well packed and in good prompt time for planting. What a great selection of bulbs. “Farmer Gracy does exactly what it says on the tin. Quality,large fresh bulbs, bare roots, corms and tubers which perform well every time. Their products beautify any garden, large or small, delivery is prompt, packaging is attractive and sustainable, guides are well written and presented and customer service is swift and effective. Can you tell I like this company? I have only two problems with them..a. the adverse impact on my bank balance as I buy so many and b. I am running out of garden to put them in!”

“I have had almost total success with the plants I have bought from Farmer Gracy over the last 6 years, particularly the bare root plants that I have grown on before planting. They offer such a wide selection of interesting plants I can barely resist them. Customer service is also exceptional, considerate and prompt (have only needed it once). I’ve recommended them to many people.”
