For the second time I have found that my bare rooted plant was dead when I opened the bag. I do not want to order again and have to pay another delivery charge.

My bare roots plants arrived as expected and one was ok but unfortunately the other had new shoots broken off. I have carefully planted up both in pots and wait to see what happens.

The order was delivered quickly yesterday,which pleased me. I followed the instructions of soaking them ready for today. On opening theAquilega Pink petticoat there were only two bare roots. On opening the Eryngium there was nothing except a shrivelled up root! I am extremely disappointed!!

Very good plants, however the hollyhox had broken roots so I'm hoping it survives.

Cannot really give an honest review as the proof will be when the flower, having said that the bulbs were in good condition. Reference the perennial plants the white poppies were not in very good condition when they arrived and have since died although there is a chance they will come back !? One of the rose plants failed also

I was very disappointed with my last order the Astilbe chocolate showgun was small with only one shoot on it .

Purchased 2 Dahlia Aphrodite and Dahlia Crème de Cassis. The Aphrodite was a reasonable-sized tuba but the Creme de Cassis is quite tiny and a bit broken. I have potted them and hope they will sprout. Until they do I can't rate them properly.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. Ordered 7 plants, rather surprised to find they were bare root items supplied from the Netherlands, obviously I missed some information somewhere. Took some time to come through. I would prefer to buy my plants growing healthily from a UK grower. Hoping they do well however.

Wasn’t clear located in Holland. Plants were fine when arrived but delivery was by Evri and took too long and inconvenient. Box was very battered and had been in van for a couple of days. Constantly emailing me to order more before I had received first order

Ordered gladiolus bulbs which are healthy and planted. 2 dahlias one was in good order the other had shrivelled and spongy tubers. Contacted customer services promptly dealt with and replacement sent which I have just received unfortunately every tuber is detached no visible eyes. In future disappointed.
