A little disappointed, the plants had literally no dampness at all, really dried out and already sprouting through the plastic packaging, perhaps they had been in the packaging too long ?

Beautiful packaging but unfortunately 2 of the tubers were quite badly broken when I opened the bags. I’ve planted them anyway and fingers crossed they will sprout. Thought the delivery could have been quicker although great job by Evri as usual

After a whole week of waiting for my two parcels and beginning to worry about the state of the flowers I was supposed to receive last week... I lookd at my mails and saw they had been delivered !!!!!!but not at home as asked but in a small parcelshop in a village 8 km from my address... this is not serious ! You shouldn't have any confidence in DPD ! thank you for asking my opinion , I am furious with this company, never again ! MURIEL BELEN

Unfortunately very disappointed with a number of plants. Choc shogun astilbe are nothing more than a few very thin roots on all 3 will be very surprised if they live. Other plants not much better

Of the 11 bareroot perennial plants I ordered 10 were fine and coming along nicely. The 11th, a Geum ‘MaiTai’ failed completely-a little disappointing. The delivery service was as would be expected.

Rather a long delivery time and agapanthus plants look rather yellow. Hopefully they will be OK and establish quickly.

Hello, Plants are shipped seasonally and not always straight away - it does depend on what time of year you have ordered. Yellow shoots is common when they first arrive, but they will green up soon after being exposed to daylight. Do contact customercare@farmergracy.com if you have any further concerns. Whilst experience with buying winter and spring bulbs are good I am not happy with the bare root plants.

Hello, Our bare root plants are typically around the size which would be supplied in 9-12cm pots at a garden centre, they are dormant on arrival and may appear small. Typically, bare root perennials do take time to establish but usually start flowering and making an impact from year 2/3. Hello, Some bare root perennials will have shoots or leaves on arrival and they will be pale due to being in the dark.
