Most of bulb delivery good, except for one rogue unhealthy-looking bulb in Katinka (pictured in centre of attached photo). Rather disappointed.

Some of the bulbs I ordered were cut in two so instead of 3 I got 2 and a half gallium red mohican and 4 Gloucester and 4 strikeouts disappointed in that

Hello, We're sorry to hear that - we do not cut bulbs in half but some allium bulbs do have a flat side which can make it look as though they are only half a bulb. One plant was huge , the second a lot smaller and the third one was tiny!! I hope that they all grow well but I’m not too sure

One of my hostas hasn’t done anything after being planted for over 3 weeks whilst the other one is about 4ins

Bought 20 Gladioli bulbs and dissapointed with them. 3 grew 4inches then rotted away. 3 have come out in flower but the remaining ones are stunted and show no signs of getting any bigger let alone flower. Had already bought some lupin roots which never emerged from the soil but had a full refund back....wont be buying those again. Cant fault the tulips I bought 1st time round though

Unfortunately my last delivery the box was badly damaged.All the contents were still in the box. Your bulbs all look very good and healthy roll on Spring.

I haven’t planted them yet but they sent my bulbs to the south of France in August! I can’t plant here until October at the very earliest. Ask me again next spring…

Hello, Hosta 'White Feather' initially produces plain white leaves in spring, which sometimes then wilt as new leaves emerge from the centre. The new leaves will be a combination of white and green and remain through summer. They should do the same every year, and as they establish and grow larger, each year their appearance should improve. I've ordered quite a few plants from Farmer Gracy and they are always well packed. However, quite a few of them came to nothing, despite following instructions provided and potting them up to allow the bare root plant to establish. When you then add up how much they have cost, it's quite a loss and very disappointing. It's made me cautious about buying anymore bare root plants which is a shame because Farmer Gracy do have some lovely, slightly different ones than you get at the garden centres.

I have two orders in a row where I had something missing from my order. Not happy. Means their order department is not up to snuff. I am looking for a more reliable company. The tuber or pip are part of my garden display and having to wait again for bits to come makes everything display at the wrong times. Moving on……..

Had great service for the past few years , Ordered begonias in April e,mailed me to say dispatched on the 28th Apr , Had e mail from Evri on May 3rd to say. Had my parcel , will e mail me when out for delivery , Here we are 2 weeks later . No delivery , Tried e mails no reply , Wont be using them now while they use Avri ,

My papa re pink ruffles and white ruffles are growing well, but the papa re pink perfection looks as if the shoot has rotted. The ginger looks healthy, but has no signs of a shoot - please advise on both.

ordered quite a few last Autumn and so remain optomistic for results. BUT not a single one of my FG980644 Ranunculus bulbs has done anything. yje rest of the order appears to be shooting but the ranunculus have been a waste of effort
