Several of the packets of plants were empty! I didn't contact FG, just put up with it. One of the plants labelled 'Aquilegia' certainly isn't, possibly an Achillea! I will be looking for a different supplier unfortunately.

This was my second order. The first was great. This be not so. The poppies I ordered were mushy. I doubt if they’ll be anything but compost. I’m disappointed.

The bulbs I received recently were very poor quality and I am doubtful they will sprout any growth?

Some of the plants are too many days in the plastic bags and some deliveries too early for swedish climate but still ok if managed accordingly. Prices not the best but if you wait you will find discounts.

I have bought several bare root perennials this spring and the plants are very variable. Some had small but strong new growth just showing but others look as though they are struggling or not showing any signs of life. I know the weather has been cold and wet but the plants have all been protected in the same well ventilated cold frame. If they all survive then they are good value. The plants were all well packaged for delivery with good instructions for their planting and care.

The quality of the items ordered and the packaging were good, however, the size, especially the so called XL agapanthus purchased was not as it was certainly not XL, therefore very expensive for the item it was described and sold as

This is a difficult one. My begonias were perfect but my echinacea were not. Two of them had no signs of life one is struggling so only 2 look any good. I emailed and received a reply saying someone would get back within 48 hours but am still waiting on a reply.

Very good products, but FG uses Evri which has been correctly voted the worst UK courier for two consecutive years.

I was surprised that the bare root plants arrived in bone dry compost. I can only hope that this doesn't have an adverse effect on their performance......... according to your email dispatched on 15/4 received on 20/4.

I am hoping after waiting this long that the plants are ok. I am sure looking at the reveiws they should be but waited 2 weeks for them to get dispatched and then to find out they entrust them to the worst courier company in the country means I will not be ordering again, i got an emails saying they would be delivered by evri 2 days ago by 9pm so waited in because there is no access to my flats and at 9.10pm got an email saying they have changed the delivery to the next working day and still there is no update on when it will be delivered absolutely shocking!!

Dahlia's were nothing special in terms of size vs other reputable suppliers. Some were so dry that they had broken in transit. Will know more when they grow

The plants were very good and are growing well. My only problem is the length of time waiting for the plants to arrive with no indication from the Company of when that will happen. Just saying May is rather a wide timeline. The costs of the plants is very reasonable.

somewhat disappointed with my last order for bare rooted items. Very small examples, will need another month in a greenhouse/cold frame. Some had a single stem, Agastache, veronicastrum and helenium etc,. Other nurseries sending much bigger more advanced and stronger material that can go straight out for a £1 more.

The dahlia tubers were very dry packed in dry materials. I have put them into damp peat to hopefully recover.

Hello, Dahlia tubers are supplied dry as they can develop mould or rot otherwise, but they should be fine and grow well once potted and watered. Do contact customercare@farmergracy.com if you have any further concerns. All the best, Farmer Gracy Customer Care
