While the quality of some of the plants was good, several were a lot smaller. On questioning this I was told to get back in touch when and if they died. Just seemed a bit off from the friendly front shown on purchase.

Hello, We normally refund or replace any plants which cause concern, however if they appear viable and healthy we would advise that they are potted and we can then be updated if there are any problems. Took longer to arrive than expected as got notification on way but took long time after first notification, once with the carrier, got here in two days. Some plants had sprouted with long weak shoots showing lack of light so hope they will grow OK after a poor start due to length of delivery. One item was supposed to have 5 items but there were only 4. At least soil arrived damp so hopeful plants will grow. Was relieved plants arrived on Bank holiday as had been concerned would get delayed.

Bare root perennials usually have some shoots on arrival which is a good sign, they will be pale due to being in the dark but they'll green up once exposed to daylight. I thought that not only a few roots would arrive, for that it is really expensive plus I can't oversee if they will grow or not. one package was only filled with earth - no roots in. I have one order open - but even though you have very special offers which I didn't found before - that will be my last order

We ordered grasses and with them came how to prepare and care for them as well a number of geraniums I have no care or after care instructions which we feel is an oversight on your part and therefore lack of customer care. We have no idea if the bare roots are in good or bad condition as we won’t know that until they grow or not!

Les bulbes achetés à l'automne sont de bonne qualité, livres en bon état, mais les couleurs choisies ne sont pas les mêmes lors de la floraison ce printemps

Correct ! Emballage impeccable. Suivi des commandes reste interrogatrice, les pré commandes engagent les clients 3-4 mois à l’avance, mais les produits ne sont pas tous disponibles ! Le remboursement est immédiat mais pourquoi réserver 3-4mois avant sans être certain de les recevoir. Pré commande en 2022, nécessité de rappeler pour recevoir la commande en Avril !!!

Parfois, une mauvaise récolte signifie que nous ne pouvons pas fournir le stock et nous émettons alors un remboursement. The range of plants is quite good, although bare rooted examples can sometimes be a bit marginal. I would say that from bare root to thriving plant is about 60-70 %. Dahlias much closer to 100%. The biggest problem I have with Farmer Gracy is because we live in the Balearic Islands delivery is NEVER free. This does prevent us buying more.

Plants do well, but it's a pity that you cannot rely on receiving what you ordered. I have had about a 10% error rate with the wrong plants being sent and about the same for plants no longer being available but not informed until after those available have been sent out. This company could be much better.

I ordered for the first time and it took longer than expected to receive my plants. Everything looks good, but unfortunately i didn’t have the time to plant them well. Because i left the day after they arrived( although i ordered them abt 5 weeks before) i was forced to plant them quickly and hope they develop nicely when i am away.

Disappointed with your recent inability to supply pharaohs mask bulb , and your refusal to recognise you had my money for several months without any compensation. Or to supply the bulb at a future date at the same price. John teale.

Professional and adequate packaging although arrived a lot later than stated, original lead time "late February early March" arrived 22nd of March. The plants seem healthy but as bare root specimens will have to wait and see how they perform over the next couple of years

The service has been great. The bulbs i bought last autumn were of great quality and size but sadly the stuff i have just had delivered for summer flowering were smaller and twice the price that i could have bought from the supermarket. very disappointing.

The summer bulbs were of a good size and quality but the bare root perennials were disappointing. At first they looked like empty bags of compost and I had to search through the contents to find what were very small crowns with just a few roots - only two spindly ones in the case of an oriental poppy. They have been potted up but I think it may well be autumn before they are garden ready. 5 stars for the bulbs but only 2 stars for the perennials.

Plants are in good health but a part are small (especeally Panicum , Miscanthus). I have to be a good gardener if i want it survive.😊

alcuni bulbi non più buoni e alcune radici veramente troppo piccole per il prezzo pagato. Non credo che da una radice cosi microscopica si potrà avere una buona pianta di echinacea. il resto della spedizione sembra ok
