First order was due beginning so September, nothing. Got in touch with FG to be told our order was with the Hermes, Hermes contacted us to advise of a delivery date. In middle of October we get an email to say our Oder had been received in the Netherlands! Contacted FG again to be told first order had gone missing so it had never reached the courier, conflicting messages. Having said that when our second order was finally confirmed, the package did arrive but bulbs weren’t the best quality I’m afraid

30.10.21, from Hermes, 3.20 pm "out for delivery" then "sorry been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours" 03.11.21 nothing from Hermes to update the situation, and no parcel of bulbs! So sorry, cannot write a review of something I still haven't received. No further information from Hermes on progress of parcel either! Cannot assess quality of bulbs as still not arrived.

I was lured in by a great facebook promoted offer for an XXL Yellow Peonia bulb - this was really all I wanted but I ordered 2 other items just to qualify for free shipping - those two items arrived - but the great "offer" did not. I contacted Farmer Gracy's service department who offered to put it on back order until the item arrived back in stock - when I accepted that offer I got a new e-mail regretting that this was not an option as the item would not be back in stock... - now in the meantime I have planted the other two bulbs - otherwise I would have returned the lot. And as a little food for thought - they continued using this "Great offer" on Facebook for at least a month after I placed my order - I feel deceived and would not recommend this shop.

Bulbs and are roots are natural and can start to deteriorate as the season progresses - if we find that remaining stocks are no longer in a suitable condition for planting, we will refund that part of the order. Bulb tip which was growing damaged in transit- poorly packed. I have planted the bulb and hope that the next shootes will be ok. Disappointing.

Ordered 5 Tulip Caribbean Parrot bulbs and had to throw 2 away.... 1 had a hard shell around it which I managed to get off..... Only to find the bulb had gone grey...... Obviously rotted...... The other bulb had gone black on one side..... Both were small compared to the 3 other healthy ones I also ordered 10 Anemone Fullstar bulbs...... 4 out of the 10 are no good...... I'm not impressed !

I was very disappointed when I found that there were 12 bulbs missing from my order with Farmer Gracy. After saying that everything is carefully packed, the Narcissus order had 2 missing and 4 with a small one attached, so 6 missing. Also 4 missing from the Tulip order and 2 more from the Alliums. After complaining, I was reimbursed by receiving 10 Narcissus and 10 Tulips bulbs and a refund of 13p for the Alliums with an apology. This was good, but if everything is carefully packed, then this shouldn’t have happened in the first place and I don’t feel like ordering bulbs from Farmer Gracy again.

rating is due to the poor service of your courier who left the parcel about 5 miles away. The people who lived there tried to stop the delivery guy but he ignored them .... comms with your office staff too slow and too late. I found the parcel myself. wont be buying again if you use hermes ... they have let us down badly before ...

i have still not received my order and im very disappointed. i should have my bulbs planted by now. i see by the email they have arrived in northern ireland but that was some time ago and still no sign of them

I did not order all the bulbs that came, i haven't a clue what some of them are, the only ones i ordered are the Muscari for my front garden,and NO OTHER as i do not know what they are, i am 91 years old and find it hard to put bulbs in the garden, let alone all the one's you have sent me, so what do i do?.

Well we are very disappointed that we still have not received these bulbs. Received an email 22/9/2021 Stating the order is on it’s way please allow 2-8 working days We would like to order more of your products, had your products in the past not had a problem before.

Sadly each root, or 'octopus' of my order of Eremerus had suffered damage with several arms lying on the bottom of the box. Very disappointing. One had only one arm still attached. Neither the care nor quality of delivery that I was expecting from Framer Gracy. Very poor. Usually order from Thomson and morgan but had seen the adverts and promotions on line and thought I would try them
