I ordered begonias that are now flowering and look nothing like the ones I ordered, wrong colours, not doubles etc. You try to email the customer care department and it gets bounced back.

I ordered white begonias and now they're flowering they're a pink/orange in colour. The others I ordered, rosebud and double red also look nothing like the pictures online

Of the three plants I was given, one failed to grow, and 2 were not the variety they said they were. The rudbeckia pictured claimed to be Cherokee Sunset. The peony should have been Buckeye Belle, but was pale pink.

I purchased some begonias from you one lot at the end of March and a second lot beginning of April all I have is some massive green leave and 2 with very unspectacular flower I am most disappointed with them as I am living on a pension and it was quite a bit to pay out . I have now read some of your other reviews and it seems there are a lot of people saying the same thing so something must be wrong . I hope to get a response from you soon, Kallan....

Hello, Begonias usually take around three months to start flowering, if they have large leaves now this is a really good sign that they are healthy and will start to flower soon. I bought begonias at the end of April and I have been extremely disappointed First some did not grow and I nurchered them keeping them inside on my dining room table for weeks. The ones that have grown have lush green leaves but very few flowers. I bought cascading mixed colours and while and yellow. I do have 2 white but no yellow at all. All the others are red. I googled why so few flowers and was given the reason that they had been stored over the winter in too cold conditions. Very disappointed as i

I spent in excess of £50 on Begonia Tubers. A mixture of Red and Yellow, also plants and cascading ones for hanging baskets. All red no yellow and all plants erect no cascading ones. I will not use them again. Very disappointed.

During lockdown I ordered two different lots of ranunculus corms and what I think was a rubekia I say think because it never materialised From the soil !The ranunculus were multi coloured, the leaves appeared then died off, the second corms were white ones, they have just began to flower, lots of leaves and two flowers, really disappointed, I have been successfully gardening for forty years usually buying from my local garden centre, thinking that using the internet was going to be the new way forward I ordered, how disappointed I am.

They send different bulbs to what you order, their exotics are gimmicks that don't grow I have had 3 caladiums ,no sign of life other exotics have also failed, I ordered tete-tete daffodils last autumn it had a mixture of all sorts. Not to be trusted this company on reliability

I orders begonias which I’ve had many times but not from you but these are not begonias I’ve no idea what they are and no flowers just leaves just Tiny little buds that don’t Grow. Very disappointed and won’t order online again

Calla cantor bulb was part of my order ,everything else has been successful apart from that one item ,nothing has happened with it ,very disappointed ,it’s pointless adding a photo it’s still under the soil

I ordered 2 lots of ranunculus, viola and Bianco, I did what you said in the info you sent with the forms, but only one has germinated and that is struggling. Not impressed that's £14 + I've wasted.

According to their own website, delivery should have cost £7.99. In fact, they wanted to charge me £24.99, which is a huge difference! When I pointed out that they had made a mistake between which EU country I wanted delivery to, I was just told I had to pay £24.99 with a link to the delivery costs, which still say I would be charged £7.99. I don't live in Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus or Croatia. Poor web design, poor customer care, no order made in the end. Kinda disappointed.

Not one of the angel ears corms that I ordered have germinated. They were not cheap plants and not something that I can afford to have another go at priced at £4 per plant. You say you accept no responsibility for the quality of your product. I wont be back.

Ordered 3 x Habenaria radiata orchid seats, taken in by the advertisement of these amazing flowers on Facebook. All planted per instructions and in separate pots. Not a single one appeared and when I eventually tipped them out to have a look, there was no sign of the seeds, they had bascially disintergrated. Complete waste of time and money, would have been happy if even just one had done something.
