The bare root plants arrived yesterday. They had started to sprout but looked very white/yellow and sickly. I have potted them up but was rather disappointed - we shall see how they do. Also I only received two echinops veitch’s blue instead of 3.

I was very pleased with the size of the bulbs however one of the apricot ones was very soft and squishy

Each pack I purchased was delivered short - 13 or 14 bulbs instead of 15. I'm now bombarded with emails with offers for more bulbs. I've asked to be taken off distribution lists and this has been confirmed, however, I am still receiving multiple messages.

I’ve never had any complaint before. However, when I removed the plants from their bag I couldn’t believe there were 10 pips of Lily of the Valley, but there were. Mere threads with roots so minimal that I fear not one with thrive. Shall l keep you informed? I am planting in pots today.

BARE ROOT PLANTS: I was very disappointed in what I received. I waited weeks for my bare root plants to arrive. When they did finally arrive, it was no more than a 3” stick! So small it was hard to identify which way up to plant it. My other one is a 4” twig. These plants will take many years to grow into the bush that was described. I think you should also show a picture of what you actually receive. I have had bare root plants before but at least they resembled a plant. I won’t be ordering again from you.

Purchased bare rooted plants. On arrival they were packed in plastic bags with dry peat like substance. A number of the plants the sprouting part had broken off in transit and all were tangled up in bags and difficult to separate but appeared to be short on the number of plants present. Followed instructions re soaking and planting up in pots but so far no signs of taking. Time will tell but wouldn’t purchase like this again for price paid I should have waited and bought established plants.

My bare root plants are very tiny and I’m disappointed by them. I think they had been in transit for far too long as the message from you that they were on their way was two weeks before they finally arrived. It will take a long time for them to recover if they ever do. Not sure if it’s worth spending money on plants this way.

Bulb purchases have been ok but last purchase of Miscanthus Boucle was very meagre and disappointing for the price paid. Having said that I was the plant buyer for a garden centre for 47 years and since retiring nearly 4 years ago have been staggered by the increase in price of plants ,

Some of the tubers were very small, and in one packet there should have been three but only two tubers were sent, The packaging was very good but some of the bear routs had stared growing.

The first lord lieutenant anonimie and white anonimie.which I bought Only one corn opened . Out of Twenty but did not complain as I thought they were a bit late to pop up in spring. So was not impressed. I’ve bought some more hoping they open. Photo shows one that opened

I ordered for summer flowers last year abs only a few flowered. I then ordered spring bulbs and have very few coming through. I I am hoping the dahlia order fairs better. This was a very expensive few flowers and I reeky don't think I will be ordering any more. I am really sad. Senga C.

I have ordered a large number of bulbs, tubers and bare roots over the last year. They have been a bit hit and miss, but the bulbs I ordered this winter have been very disappointing. Most arrived covered in aphids and a significant number were rotten.

Order accepted 7th November but just received message from you saying expect it in 7-10 days from now! That is too slow. Evri are very bad at delivering to us. We often have reason to complain, fingers crossed the bulbs arrive.
