“Great quality products but we had a lot of problems with the delivery to Spain. Customers must be aware that now to EU you will have to pay a tax fee (over 50 euros) on delivery which we were not warned about when purchasing. When I complained about the unexpected and hefty fee I was told it was posted in the website clearly - which I was disappointed by as I dont think including that in the small print counts as transparency. We had loads of problems getting the package, Falcon didnt help us with the fee or offer to contribute any money (I didnt even get an apology) and response time was slow. Really not the best customer service I have ever received which is a shame as I really like the products and would have bought again if not for these issues.”
