“Beware false advertising for Welcome discount codes conflicting with Free postage. You can’t have both. And if you happen to order items that are on a different offer they don’t bother to let you know about that either. Customer service couldn’t be bothered to come back to me after I sent them a screen shot saying I should have had free delivery. Won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Bonjour, je suis très contente des produits qui sont très jolis. Toutefois, j'ai été très étonnée et un peu déçue de voir que cela provenait de chine. J'habite en France, et j'ai par conséquent payé beaucoup de frais de douane. Le service client est sinon très bien. Il faut que je vois si ces produits sont solides dans le temps.”

“Beautiful, love pigeon grey. Very Happy with my Falcon collection. Unfortunately due to Brexit regulations way late in delivery and had to pay an extra 45€ for customs on my €120 order😱😢 I will think twice to order UK a next time!”

Dear Rodrigo, All our orders ship from our warehouse in the UK. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country.

“I have become entranced by Falcon Enamelware. I enjoy preparing salads in the large and the medium-size salad bowls. I like the small tray to make french toast. I use it for the mixture of milk, egg, and vanilla and then put the bread into the mixture and soak it and then slowly cook it on the stove in a skillet.”
