“Pretty disappointing to find out the vase was made in China and not the UK. I assumed with a $50 price tag was due to it being made in UK. Knowing it is China made it should be a fraction of the price. Rip off. But a nice design and colors.”

“Honestly, I was rather surprised when I realised the cups were manufactured in China. I assumed considering the price we were paying that they were made in UK. Really disapointed.”

“Absolutely dissatisfied with customer service. Incomplete and misleading site information. I returned the order because it says on the invoice that they are made in China! what's English tradition!???!!! I have not yet been reimbursed. Bad experience. But above all the customer service that is not even able to respond appropriately to the emails.”

“❤️ Love - look - colour - variety & availability of products - functionality 💔 not so love - edges are missed with coating (Compared to another brand I love ( Finnish) quality is subpar) - made in “Far East” somewhere, very likely in China. Environmental concern due to lack of where & how they are made.”

“The lid of my teapot developed Ruston the inside with a couple of uses. This was replaced with a new teapot, not just the lid. The new lid has areas on it inside which will rust as the enamel is incomplete. The outside of the lid has a spot on it which has no enamel on it at all. I was impressed with the customer service but am extremely unhappy to find out that that this product is made in China not in Great Britain.”

“We love the history and tradition of Falcon but are extremely disappointed these are not made in the UK. We donated our last order and told all our friends and family never to buy from you. Until these become British made again then you are in no way an icon of British home life.”

“I was doing some research on non toxic baking pans and FE kept being the number one on my search end. So I purchased it based on their info and reviews( sounded genuine). I was disappointed; the material Is so fragile and cheap, And Made in China. Now I’m wondering if it’s actually safe to cook. I wish I can return it.”

“Nice classic looking mug. My biggest issue is the location of the manufacturing. It’s made in China and I didn’t realize that until after I received the mug. I was told by another buyer that your products were British made! I looked on your website and couldn’t find out where the manufacturing was done so I went on faith then ordered my mug. Now knowing that it’s not made in the UK 🇬🇧 but made in China by low paid workers that’s dictated by a totalitarian communist government! I’ll never buy another product from Falcon. My 115 year old Swiss made enameled mug is much better and has a history.”

“Love the colors but both arrived with huge chunks of missing paint. Explained to Falcon that nothing indicated shipping damage (no paint chips in box) but they still blamed shipping in canned response. Obviously was sent out damaged but they didn't own up to that or didn't bother reading emails. Would love to order more, but will not, based on poor response from Falcon.”
