“I can’t say anything about your product yet becauseI have yet to receive it. I do know that I have to pay an extra €43.74 for delivery. This has made your product over priced and not good value.”

Thank you for your order and we hope you receive it soon. Your tracking states it will be delivered Feb 19th. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country. “Just bought this 3 Pint Jug I thought it going to be durable Jug for life, but how I was wrong, even before I started to use it it slipped out of my hand fell on the carpet and enamel went off (I have attached the picture), so now it useless I can’t put it in front of the people nor guests nor I want myself watch to a black holes on the top of the Jug. I just want to warn customers enamel is not durable, after every single bang (even on the soft carpet) enamel will peel off.”

Dear Emma, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “I bought some Red items using the Valentine offer - I loved them so much I then bought everything I had planned to buy in Pigeon Gray in Red too! I plan to use them in our new motorhome (when we're allowed out again) Excellent service too, a missed tea towel was sent immediately.”

“Products are very good I love them all. Unfortunately I had a bad surprise when the shipment arrives... Vat was not included and on a 185€ purchase, I had to pay +80€ for vat and customs fees.”
