“I ordered a piece of your enamelware as a gift, last month and it still has not arrived. FedEx has contacted me for more information re:manufacturer id, address, etc. but there still hasn't been a delivery made. I'm not sure this is an issue for/fault of Falcon Enamelware. I'd love to reorder to get the piece to my brother(who has gifted me some of your pieces), but I hesitate to try again.”

Hi Holly, Our sincere apologies for the delay. We have provided all the information required to FedEx. Sadly customs clearance is out of our control and sometimes it can take longer than anticipated. “We are VERY happy with our Falcon Enamlware. We procurred White with the blue baking pans and pie ware and they are easy to clearn, heat perfectly and evenly and are so attractive they can be brought right to the table to serve from. Wonderful product!”

“The enamelware is lovely colors and feels solidly constructed. Unfortunately two of the cups stuck together almost immediately and we had a hard time pulling them apart and when my son dropped them it chipped. :-/ but the rest seem good. I’m a bit frustrated given how much they cost and how much we paid in tariff duties for it the chip so quickly.”

“I absolutely LOVE your products. They are beautiful and practical, and it’s very pleasant to eat from them. I bought many items lately, so I won’t write about each and every one of them, but I’m pleased with them all, and I also get a lot of compliments about them. The only thing that is a little annoying, is that the shipment to Israel is SO expensive! So I try to buy in Black Friday, or something like that. Other than that: you’re perfect 🙃”

“I bought the 3 pint jug in tarragon for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They were very pleased with the jug, however, there are pinholes in the enamel underneath the handle and we feel this is gonna cause problems in the future. It cost way too much to return anything, I paid 50+ dollars for postage and handling to have the jug delivered. That’s crazy! The four mini tumblers, I ordered are absolutely adorable, but way smaller than what I thought they would be. Again cost way too much to return and re-order larger tumblers. I definitely would not buy Falcon enamelware again in the future. Copy.”
