“The mug had that classic peasant mug style which is iconic. However, the heat for a hot coffee or tea reaches the handle which defeats the purpose of it because I could not carry the mug then. Also, maybe you can come up with a bigger size of your mug because it's really small. Worst part of the experience was dealing with dhl. One, they fail to deliver to my home address and did not communicate why they weren't able to. Second, the last update they sent was the parcel is on its way to service pickup point and that was it. I took the chance to go to the pickup point and my parcel but they could not release it because I did not have any qr code. I called dhl but to no avail. I sent them an email and they just replied I could get the qr code online which I explained to them it doesn't give me that option because does not reflect as delivered in the system. I ended up contacting Falcon and they gave me a pickup code. I took my chance to use it and good thing they released my parcel. The whole experience was such a conundrum that it wasted so much of my time and energy to send emails for a situation that could have been dealt with easily with proper and easy communication access. Terrible!”

“I really want to love Falcon enamelware but a lot of the pieces I recently bought aren’t properly painted like the ones Falcon make and stock for the supermarkets. The paint work underneath all the rims is really shoddy. It never used to be like this. They’re not cheap at all so really disappointed that the quality is not there. Also there’s a chip on one of the tumblers already and it’s been used extremely carefully.”

“Quality Bundt pan, Sturdy - feel like it will last a long time if looked after well (ie. Washed gently in warm soapy water & stored carefully, top of the heavy pan stack! to avoid chips!) Cakes need a little longer in oven than recipe’s say due to thickness of pan, but good results! Little akward to dust greasing with flour due to decorative shape - but dust quickly minimises blobs of flour getting stuck in domed ridges! Arrived speedily and packed v well with eco-conscious packaging. Would recommend this pan, non toxic enamelware that will last, instead of toxic non stick coatings. Very good! Thanks.”

“I first saw Falcon Enamel pans on a Jamie Oliver cookery show. Once I identified what they were I had to purchase them. My kitchen is navy white and gold. I have my eye on the red cake stand and will continue to add to my collection. As a home chef the bake set is great for casseroles, lasagna, roast turkey, brownies, and more. Clean up is easy and you can serve in the pan. This american is quite pleased.”

“I purchased a replacement for my 3 pint jug because mine was chipped at the spout from use. The replacement was of lesser quality than the original because the entire rim of the jug has uneven coverage. I live overseas so the shipping cost more than the jug so I will not be sending it back because it seems like too much hassle and cost. The tag on the jug says made in China. I am not sure if they used to be made in China, but the replacement jug is of inferior quality to my original in terms of the coating.”

“first of all i love the product! it is quite nostalgic and is going to be great for picnics rather than the plastic equivalent which i find a miserable product. their service is brilliant and hugely helpful when one of the mugs arrived chipped. replacement was on it's way after a photograph proved there was a problem. shall be back for more!”

“I am very fond of the Falconware enamelware! My purchase of several pieces, was packed with much protection and care. The ease of cleaning of the enamelware, is a huge PLUS. Most of all, the color selection is varied and allows choosing to one’s liking…I like to use the pitchers as flower vases! I was concerned, initially…about customs and importing to the US…but, Falconware handled that in full extent for me. Thank You!”

“I appreciate the quality of the product. The 3 cup pitcher is marvelous. It fits into the door of my refrigerator perfectly and keeps a ready supply of iced tea available. The cups are unbreakable, so I don’t have to worry about my grandson dropping them. Though the rolled lip of the cup makes it a bit challenging to drink from without dripping. The vibrant color is pleasing and they wash beautifully.”
