I appreciate the quality of the product. The 3 cup pitcher is marvelous. It fits into the door of my refrigerator perfectly and keeps a ready supply of iced tea available. The cups are unbreakable, so I don’t have to worry about my grandson dropping them. Though the rolled lip of the cup makes it a bit challenging to drink from without dripping. The vibrant color is pleasing and they wash beautifully.

The enamel on the tin I ordered had a flaw in the grey paint. Falcon promptly sent me a replacement by express delivery and did not want me to return the damaged tin. I baked a cake in it that weekend for visitors and it turned out very well. Has not deterred me by buying from Falcon again.

I really like Falcon Enamelware products — they’re beautifully designed and look great in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I’ve had to replace a few items after relatively minor knocks, as the enamel cracked and chipped. While this doesn’t affect usability, it does significantly impact the appearance, which is a shame given how nice they look when new. Lovely products overall, but they do require careful handling to keep them looking their best.

We use the plates for cooking. Great light weight and easy to clean. A larger size flat plate would be great.

The enamelware is lovely colors and feels solidly constructed. Unfortunately two of the cups stuck together almost immediately and we had a hard time pulling them apart and when my son dropped them it chipped. :-/ but the rest seem good. I’m a bit frustrated given how much they cost and how much we paid in tariff duties for it the chip so quickly.

Really lovely enamel wear. I bought several pitchers and cups for family members for Christmas and everyone seemed pleased. One issue—the color “red” is actually orange. Not a huge issue but it’s there.

I saw the enamel jug in a restaurant and was pleased to find it on your website. I love the colour and it is so useful for water ad other drinks.

I have a number of Falcon Enamelware products, which I enjoy using - they're functional and stylish. But I have a suggested addition to the Falcon range - I have an old enamelware steamer saucepan (traditional white with blue rim), probably Polish, which I bought very many years ago, but use all the time. I would love to replace it with a new one and wondered whether Falcon would consider producing this as part of this excellent range... I'm sure lots of people would want one!

Your products are lovely, but I will never order again. I just received an invoice from FedEx for $91 in additional fees. I realize that's not your fault, it's recent tarrifs, but I'm deeply unhappy to pay such a large sum without advance warning. I won't be ordering from you again, which is truly too bad because your products are beautiful and seem like they're high quality.

Hello Megan, Thank you for your order. Yes, we charge the tariff fee back to the customer. We mention this on our banner, delivery information and product information. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control, and must be paid by the recipient. Charges vary and Falcon Enamelware cannot collect or influence them in advance. I am totally satified with the products, the colors and the sizes corresponds to what is announced on the websites. On the other end, the delivery took 4 weeks and the new custom policies is not satisfiyng at all. I had to pay 18 € for the delivery by Fedex plus another 53 € (VAT for France) on a second bill. Second bill I've never heard of and I received two letters from a private collecting society for the taxes.

The jug and cups we bought are beautiful but probably not as high quality as we were hoping for with the price point. The paint is splattered around the edges of the rims on the majority of the cups.

Very happy with the product but disappointed to discover it's made in China as I thought I had picked a British company.

I love the look and utility of the enamel cups, speed of delivery was good. The only issue I have is that when I received them I realized the curved lip of the cups is really wide. I always have to try not to dribble when the lip is that wide. I wish there were a way to create a slimmer lip. I will keep the lovely cups anyway.

The cereal bowls chip very easily. I will not ever order again if the terrifs remain! I was charged 150.00 for terrifs on a 270.00 Falconware order. This came as a seperate bill from Fed Ex. I am still in shock!

Hello, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Unfortunately, due to current US trade regulations, Falcon Enamelware products shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control, and must be paid by the recipient. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team
