“I'm very pleased with all of the enamelware purchased from Falcon. It is a joy to use and I haven't managed to chip one yet! On my recent purchase, I forgot to input my discount code before paying. I realised my mistake immediately and contacted customer service. The response, within half an hour, was Falcon would refund the discount directly to my credit card. No ifs, no buts. Excellent service. :-)”

“I’m in love with the enamelware, particularly the new salted caramel and the spring green colors. I used the free shipping offer to justify buying more than any upcoming gift giving warranted but I’m sure I’ll find a home for them all—and not just my home!”

“i love all my falconware a family fav right now are the oval platters Great for taking to the grill. i have many pitchers that i use for keeping iced tea in fridge very available & easy to pour from. i have quite an extensive collection of FW and i always enjoyed adding to it… however trumps tariffs are making this more difficult and i will wait till hopefully they end!!”

“I absolutely love the Falcon Enamelware I ordered. It is beautiful. One thing I was not expecting, however, was the $93 bill (on a $220 order) I received yesterday from FedEx for duty taxes. I had no idea that was coming. I'm sure it is related to the new tariffs, but it will be a deterrent to me ordering Falcon in the future, sadly. Great product.”
