“The enamel on the tin I ordered had a flaw in the grey paint. Falcon promptly sent me a replacement by express delivery and did not want me to return the damaged tin. I baked a cake in it that weekend for visitors and it turned out very well. Has not deterred me by buying from Falcon again.”

“When I placed my order, for some reason the package ended up being stuck at customs. Fedex sent me this confusing email that didn't make any sense and I felt so confused, but I sent the issue to the folks at Falcon and they took care of everything. They made it easy, and simple and were so helpful, I was very impressed by their customer service. The plates I bought are so lovely and I'm excited everytime I've had the opportunity to use them. Thank you!”

“My favourite enamelware. Collected a few over the years which I use everyday at home with the kids. Drinkware are my fave with the different colours and looks so beautiful for parties as well. I just recently bought the baking pan and it’s beautiful. I used it as a fruit platter recently for a picnic and it was perfect. Can’t wait to add to my collection over the years.”

“I always buy products that last a lifetime, with no exception to Falcon enamelware. I initially bought their items for BBQs and parties, but now I use them whenever we are outdoors. Lovely tea, coffee or hot chocolate in the garden or camping.”

“I break every dish I own. My clumsiness knows no bounds. I would destroy the world by accident if left unchecked. But you know what doesn’t break? Falcon Enamelware. It’s solid and light and also beautiful. I always get compliments on my beautiful lilac jug and my pigeon grey “deep plates.” I’m slowly but surely replacing everything glass I can with enamelware. Worth the investment.”

“I always give a straight review so I will do so with my falcon dish as I've used it to date. Great looking pan when it arrived and I couldn't wait to cook with it and so far I've cooked with it twice. Both times no issues, in fact I have to say it has been excellent. Cannot find a single fault with it! I'll report back in a few months but if it continues as currently I'll be buying more of their products for both myself and my children that cook.”

“I was delighted with my enamel ware, definitely lived up to expectations. I bought more tumblers as I was so thrilled with my original jug and tumblers . There were a couple of chips on these tumblers , very quickly after sending an email I was promised replacements. As yet they still haven't arrived so would appreciate a response. ... but I do love them! A brilliant gift from my daughter !”

“I was so excited to recently get tumblers from Falcon. To accommodate adults and kids in our family, we purchased mostly regular-sized/multi-colored tumblers and 4 white and gray tall tumblers. Also the 3 pint jugs which make beautiful serving vessels or flower vases (I bought the gray-blue for myself, and gave one arranged with flowers as a gift). Colors are beautiful. Unfortunately, within weeks of receiving and days of unpacking, we noticed that the enamel on one tall tumbler is completely eroded not only on one area of the outside but also on the corresponding area inside (!) - we did not notice when it happened (it’s possible I put them away, stacked into our cupboards, without noticing it), but we had only used them once, for drinking water when it was observed (it had not been in dishwasher, only hand-rinsed before use). It was not dropped. I’m concerned that it either arrived like this or this could have happened with stacking - which is, I’m assuming, intended. See photos. Other tumblers are ok. These were expensive to buy and ship to the US - I can’t imagine buying a single cup to replace it, but this one can no longer be used. If it were just the exterior/cosmetic I could try to spot-paint, but it involves the drinking surface. I’ll email, but if this cannot be remedied or if this is common, it’s very disappointing and would not make sense for us to purchase these in the future.”

Hello, As mentioned in my email to you, The tall tumbler likely had impact during delivery and once used/washed the enamel chipped off. As mentioned, we can either replace or refund the Tall tumbler. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team
