“Great customer service. A piece was delivered damaged and after reaching out to customer service they quickly remedied the issue and sent over a replacement. The enamelware is much lighter than I expected but I hope they will hold up over time.”

“I really like Falcon Enamelware products — they’re beautifully designed and look great in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I’ve had to replace a few items after relatively minor knocks, as the enamel cracked and chipped. While this doesn’t affect usability, it does significantly impact the appearance, which is a shame given how nice they look when new. Lovely products overall, but they do require careful handling to keep them looking their best.”

“Tea pot is just the cutest. I wouldn’t dream of hiding it in a cupboard. It sits on my stove proudly. I’ve been using it 3 times a day since receiving it.”

“Sturdy, colorful. I am giving them to my husband, an avid gardener, to use for cut flower vases. A little pricey, I hesitated, but they are so unique it was worth it.”

“Two of the enamel cups had chipped within 20 days, despite careful handling. Falconware refused to replace them. While they are pretty, these expensive items are poor quality, we regret buying these..”

Hello, As per our email conversation, these did not arrive damaged and were not reported damage. Chips can occur during use. However, we have arranged a replacement and the damaged items are yours to keep. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“I am so happy with my enamelware. I had a set of enamelware given as a wedding present 40 years ago and although they are a wee bit battered round the edges I still use them. The Falcon ones are strong and robust and wash up great in the dishwasher. They look good enough to sit on the dining table from the oven. Would highly recommend”

“The teapot is fantastic. Utilitarian, lightweight, and perfectly balanced. Ceramic teapots may be great for keeping tea hot, but who stores tea in their teapot? Pour it into a cup and drink it! Ceramic teapots are too heavy to pour when full. My mother loves her new Falcon teapot. Lightweight and just the size for 3-4 typical cups of tea.”
