“Bonjour Falcon, dans un premier temps je souhaite validé le fait que vos produits sont de qualités et esthétiques. Cependant, je suis déçu de la non-transparence vis-à-vis des frais de douanes. Je suis décu d'avoir payer un total de 80€ pour deux supports d'oeuf et 4 assiettes, presque le double de la commande initial. La publicité instagram m'a déclenché cette achat, que j'aurai pu faire chez un indépendant sans payer de frais de livraison et encore moins 30€ de frais de douane. De plus, la commande est arrivé en j+7. Je ne critique pas vos produits, mais le service e-commerce. En esperant que vous comprendrez ma déception.”

“Brexit made this purchase a bad experience, ruined it. 188€ Enamelware + 60€ additional custom fees... customer support afterwards rather non-interested. Optical impression good, no hands on experience yet Brexit hat diesen Kauf ruiniert. Zu 188€ Ware kamen noch einmal 60€ Zollgebühren. Der Kundensupport im Anschluss war leider desinteressiert/ teilnahmslos. Produkte optisch top, Praxis muss sich noch zeigen.”

“We recently purchased two jugs. One yellow, one 'pillar box red'. They are fantastic quality, arrived quickly and the yellow jug was exactly as described. However, the 'pillar box red' jug is in fact bright orange. The only thing that can be described as red is the rim. We strongly suggest you rename the colour on your site.”

“I've felt in love few years ago with a Falcon coffee cup in a Copenhagen bar! I love all the products and the delivery was more then on time. The only Bad thing is that I've tried to reach the minimum for not paying the shipping fees and in the end I had to pay the export costs...!”

“Excellent products, I'm very very happy with them, but as other people from EU already wrote, because of the Brexit I had to pay 43 euros in duties - which is way too expensive. I'm very sorry but I won't buy anymore.”
