“We have been very disappointed by the fact that we had to pay 70€ for custom clearance and duty over a value of 166€. Once connected to the site www.falconenamelware.com I have been redirected to the site eu.falconenamelware.com which, as far as I know could be placed somewhere in Europe. No indication at all that it was placed in UK with, after Brexit, custom duties.”

“I love this jug. This is my third purchase. Having one of my own that I use every day, I bought one each for Christmas for both of my nieces, who lack a useful jug for holding so many liquids, juices, water. Although there is a generational difference they also love the colour, the shape and the retro look. Also the quality and knowing this will last a lifetime”

“I bought a teapot to match my husband's special mug for his birthday. It's a brilliant colour, a good, dribble-free pourer and a great classic design with a lid that stays put and does not follow the last drops of tea into your mug when you tip it. It seems to be very nicely made, the enamel coatings inside and out are smooth and even. It also arrived in a timely fashion despite Covid parcel mayhem and was well packaged, so in mint condition. He loves it.”

“Bought two three pint jugs having received chipped and damaged ones from a well known home and fashion retailer! I am so glad that I went direct to Falcon for the replacements - they are beautiful and arrived perfectly packaged as well. Went on to order the stacking prep set - safe to say that I am now a fan. Would love to see more colours in the bowls, please, to match the jugs!”

“I love this stuff!! No more struggling to get heavy earthenware dishes out of the oven that you can barely lift!! They are so versatile given that they can be used on the hob as well!! Unfortunately I have dropped one of my pie dishes but it has only chipped, not smashed like an earthenware one would!! Love love love it!! Can’t wait to buy some more!!”
