Sizing is hard to establish from images would recommend ref point in pictures. the mini tumblers that I got for my toddler are to small, and when stacking them they became stuck and this has damage the enamel.

Extortionate postage for small items - I tried to buy via a stockist in person but their range was meagre. They are great items, but the wraparound service is out of touch.

The gift was well received but the shipping charges are excessive as usual so a lot more expensive than you think... an addition 25% basically.

Love the product. Fulfullment has been…odd. You did great and shipped the product in time for Christmas, but I could never get a tracking update. That was annoying - don’t offer updates if you can’t give an update. Then on 15 January you say that you shipped the pitcher that I’ve already received. It still shows as shipped, even though it’s been almost three weeks. There is no sense in contacting you until the pitcher arrives (or doesn’t). Just seems like some confusion on your end and makes me wonder about having another order shipped.

Enamored by the image of the 3-pint pitcher and the choice of lovely colors, I ordered eight of them: one for myself, and seven as Christmas gifts. I researched the website to determine where the product was made, but I found no indication that would suggest they were made outside of the UK. Once my orders arrived, I saw the tag attatched to the pitchers read "Made in China." I am disappointed in this from the "Icon of British Homelife." I would not have ordered the product had I known this. If it also matters to you, I hope you read this first. Note that the tag is the only place that indicates origin. The bottom of the pitcher only gives the brand and established date. I decided to keep the order since it was close to Christmas, and the return shipping would have been an added expense. I have used my pitcher twice. The first time was for water and the last time, I put rosemary stems in it as a vase. The inside bottom of the vessel now has a small chip and the bottom and areas of the inside walls took on a bright yellow stain. I tried scrubbing the stain off with a plastic scrubber, but it was stubborn. I used a bleach solution for the inside, and the stain lightened. The website suggests lemon juice to remove stains.

Having bought the wrong item ie a small teapot instead of a large one. I returned the item to the address given. I am waiting for the refund before buying another. This refund has still to be paid into my account. Would I still buy a falcon teapot, yes, but not just yet.

I am pleased with mugs and tumblers received. Unfortuntely, the 3 pint jug arrived with a notable chip near the pouring spout. Efforts to resolve this issue have gone unanswered to date. My review reflects this lack of communication.

Really good looking and nice to use. But two have chipped from falls to the ground. Disappointing for the price.

Hello, Sorry to hear you are disappointed. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

One of my two pitchers arrived without any enamel on the spout. Since it it mustard-colored, this was very noticeable, and, t was a gift. Too far to send it back to London. Disappointed!

Beautiful shape, multipurpose- but did not realize that unlike glass pitchers, these do not insulate cold drinks well- lots of condensation outside the pitchers, which dripped onto the table. Would not use these for iced drinks indoors- would be terrific outside, though.

Items bought as a gift as they were on a "wish list" but found them to be overpriced for what they are and what is available elsewhere. Order arrived quickly but for such a small item I found the shipping cost high. No branded gift wrap so overall, pretty unimpressed and underwhelmed. Gave a 3* rating as an honesty opinion and would personally prefer to shop elsewhere in future.

Bought as an anniversary gift. It arrived on time . The jug shape and colour was perfect. However, the box the jug was packaged in was slightly damaged. When I unwrapped the jug from its brown paper I saw chips of enamelling within the paper. I looked carefully in the box and there were more chips in the base of it. The rim of the jug was damaged but not enough to make the jug unusable. I wondered if the label on the jug hinted at expecting a slightly used look. Had it not been for the time scale, I was tempted to return the jug. In the event, the recipients of the jug were very pleased and intend using it to rinse their young daughters' hair. All was well that ended well. Thank you.

I ordered one set of plates, one set of big bowls, one set of small bowls, and four pie dishes. I have not used them much yet so I am not sure how well they will last over time. For the price, I expected the quality and craftmanship to be higher with two specific disappointments. First, five of the pieces arrived with small chips or dings on the colored rims. Second, the pie dishes have very sharp edges and are not finished like the other items. I am concerned about cutting my hands when washing the pie dishes in the future. I decided not to follow-up with the company to address these issues because I did not want the hassle and cost of returning the pieces to the UK. The shipping was fast and the products overall feel heftier compared to other enamelware I have seen in the US so that is positive but so many imperfections on brand new, expensive items is disappointing.

Lightweight set. Colors are a bit less vibrant than expected. Both pitchers have enamel missing on rims. But I ordered them in France and don’t want to send them back to the U.K. will use for vases.
