“Enamored by the image of the 3-pint pitcher and the choice of lovely colors, I ordered eight of them: one for myself, and seven as Christmas gifts. I researched the website to determine where the product was made, but I found no indication that would suggest they were made outside of the UK. Once my orders arrived, I saw the tag attatched to the pitchers read "Made in China." I am disappointed in this from the "Icon of British Homelife." I would not have ordered the product had I known this. If it also matters to you, I hope you read this first. Note that the tag is the only place that indicates origin. The bottom of the pitcher only gives the brand and established date. I decided to keep the order since it was close to Christmas, and the return shipping would have been an added expense. I have used my pitcher twice. The first time was for water and the last time, I put rosemary stems in it as a vase. The inside bottom of the vessel now has a small chip and the bottom and areas of the inside walls took on a bright yellow stain. I tried scrubbing the stain off with a plastic scrubber, but it was stubborn. I used a bleach solution for the inside, and the stain lightened. The website suggests lemon juice to remove stains.”

“Having bought the wrong item ie a small teapot instead of a large one. I returned the item to the address given. I am waiting for the refund before buying another. This refund has still to be paid into my account. Would I still buy a falcon teapot, yes, but not just yet.”

“I am pleased with mugs and tumblers received. Unfortuntely, the 3 pint jug arrived with a notable chip near the pouring spout. Efforts to resolve this issue have gone unanswered to date. My review reflects this lack of communication.”

“I was very disappointed by my experience with Falcon. I purchased a small pitcher for a Christmas present, and by accident agreed to charge it, not realizing that the shipping cost the small as the item and thereby doubled the cost. When Falconware posted that the order had been received but not yet processed, I attempted to cancel the order. I made several attempts to call the company internationally from the States. I also sent emails to all the addresses on your site. I never heard back and wonder how relible this company is. I gave the pitcher as a gift, despite its excessive cost, and was also disappointed in the quality. Overall, a bad experience.”

Hi Claire, You placed your order on 11th Dec - you emailed to cancel on 16th Dec. We replied to you with a tracking number saying it was enroute and we couldn't stop it but would try. There was an option for you to refuse the parcel for it to be returned to us. Hello, Sorry to hear you are disappointed. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“I purchased four sets of pitcher plus 4 glasses for our four sons and their partners. It was great fun to mix all of the colors and they will all use the sets in their outdoor spaces. And they thought they were cool which was awesome for me since sometimes it's not easy to please the milenniels.”

The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom.
