“I bought from the perfectly imperfect range and was disappointed to find the jug has a big chip right at the front. I liked the idea of buying something not quite perfect but this is just damaged and looks terrible.”

“I ordered one set of plates, one set of big bowls, one set of small bowls, and four pie dishes. I have not used them much yet so I am not sure how well they will last over time. For the price, I expected the quality and craftmanship to be higher with two specific disappointments. First, five of the pieces arrived with small chips or dings on the colored rims. Second, the pie dishes have very sharp edges and are not finished like the other items. I am concerned about cutting my hands when washing the pie dishes in the future. I decided not to follow-up with the company to address these issues because I did not want the hassle and cost of returning the pieces to the UK. The shipping was fast and the products overall feel heftier compared to other enamelware I have seen in the US so that is positive but so many imperfections on brand new, expensive items is disappointing.”

“I love the products but each product I order seems to have something wrong with it. The first item I ever bought was a pitcher, and it had places at the bottom interior where the enamel never reached and now those rust whenever I put liquid in the pitcher. i was truly praying that the current order would not have something wrong with it but I was disappointed again.”
