“Original review: most of the items arrived damaged New review: Falconware sent me another set of items to replace the damaged ones. THe new items were better but there are still minor chips on some of the cups. The quality control at Falcon seems quite bad considering the cost of the items.”

“I bought two falcon pitchers, one red and one spring green. I'm very pleased with the quality, the design, and the colors. There are more colors I really like, but I can't justify buying two more of them. They're very functional but beautiful enough just to display them.”

“Bought as an anniversary gift. It arrived on time . The jug shape and colour was perfect. However, the box the jug was packaged in was slightly damaged. When I unwrapped the jug from its brown paper I saw chips of enamelling within the paper. I looked carefully in the box and there were more chips in the base of it. The rim of the jug was damaged but not enough to make the jug unusable. I wondered if the label on the jug hinted at expecting a slightly used look. Had it not been for the time scale, I was tempted to return the jug. In the event, the recipients of the jug were very pleased and intend using it to rinse their young daughters' hair. All was well that ended well. Thank you.”
