“Gorgeous pieces I have been coveting for a while now! The cake stand is beautiful and the punch bowl is so large! I might plant some bulbs in it! Can’t wait to bake a cake in the tin and the jug has some much needed flowers in it at the moment. All in all a very happy customer!”

“Great product, with a stylish design However, I was shocked to see the cost of shipping to the US. The pitcher was $60 and the shipping was $45! Had I realized this this on purchase, I would have cancelled”

“I love my pieces. However some came with enamel chipped which I didn't mind- added to character in my opinion- and only on a platter. Pieces well in dishwasher and look good as display in bathroom. I would order from them again.”

“I bought the bake set and in my opinion is missing a tray for 2 so it goes from 1 to 4 so I had to but enamel trays for 2 somewhere else. Also a bit disapointed finding that is no longer made in Englad (like everything else this days).”

“This was a present for our youngest son's partner. She emailed me to say: "The jug is great, thanks! I've been using it a lot, love the colour and also it doesn't drip when you pour it." My only caveat is the delivery service was poor. I had orsered the jug early in order to have it in time before Christmas. It was sent to DHL very quickly and I was told to expect it to be delivered in a couple of days. I tracked the package and it was on the van but was 149th in the queue coming from Edinburgh! I live in the Scottish Borders so knew it would not be delivered that day. The next day it was on the van again and 49th in the queue, which meant a possible delivery. There was no delivery and no further notification when it would arrive. I had to contact DHL for them to chase it up. It took about 8 days for the jug to be delivered - it would have been quicker via Royal Mail which was on time throughout the festive season. That was the only disappointment with the order.”

“I loved the cups. The bread pan looks great, but I haven't tried it yet. I did not love the tea kettle - too small, and I did not see instructions on use of the kettle. Also, it is disappointing that a company that began in England now has it's product made in China.”

“I ordered the Drinking Set on December 2nd, and it was not delieverd until December 31st. Along the way, Falcon Enamelware customer service assured me that it would be delivered before Christmas and that they 'send their parcels out in good faith that they will be delivered in a timely manner.' If you'd rather not rely on good faith, shop elsewhere.”

“The serving tray I ordered did not disappoint, and the care put into the way the tray was packaged was amazing! It was delivered timely and my Daughter-in-law was so excited when she opened it on Christmas day. I highly recommend this product and the website was user friendly!”
