“I resent being shunted to the shop app to track the package, subjecting me to yet another app vacuuming up my personal data. What’s worse, I have been unable to get the app to work, so I don’t know where the package is. It certainly is not here.”

“Beautiful shape, multipurpose- but did not realize that unlike glass pitchers, these do not insulate cold drinks well- lots of condensation outside the pitchers, which dripped onto the table. Would not use these for iced drinks indoors- would be terrific outside, though.”

“These were bought as a gift so not received by that person as yet, however, I had a sneak peak and love the grey colour and they look to be up to your usual good standard. Would like to have had a choice of a few more round rather than oblong sizes.”

“Items bought as a gift as they were on a "wish list" but found them to be overpriced for what they are and what is available elsewhere. Order arrived quickly but for such a small item I found the shipping cost high. No branded gift wrap so overall, pretty unimpressed and underwhelmed. Gave a 3* rating as an honesty opinion and would personally prefer to shop elsewhere in future.”

“Our daughter who lives in the USA saw your website and said she would like as a present for Christmas your enamelware dishes so we ordered them. Subsequently we went to M &S in Camberley and saw exactly the same product at 40 % of the price we paid to you, so clearly not impressed.”

Hello Steve, We do not sell in M&S so that was likely a different enamelware brand. The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom. We specialise in the gift packaged sets and the new coloured ranges and our packaging is exclusive to our company. All of our products are listed on our website: www.falconenamelware.com and because our products are exclusively sold by us we have a separate pricing structure to the other unbranded products.
