“Love the product. Fulfullment has been…odd. You did great and shipped the product in time for Christmas, but I could never get a tracking update. That was annoying - don’t offer updates if you can’t give an update. Then on 15 January you say that you shipped the pitcher that I’ve already received. It still shows as shipped, even though it’s been almost three weeks. There is no sense in contacting you until the pitcher arrives (or doesn’t). Just seems like some confusion on your end and makes me wonder about having another order shipped.”

“I have purchased baking trays, jugs and bowls recently. Perfect for going from the oven to table. As well as looking very elegant,they wash extremely well, all stains are easier removed and they look brand-new after cleaning.”

“Gorgeous pieces I have been coveting for a while now! The cake stand is beautiful and the punch bowl is so large! I might plant some bulbs in it! Can’t wait to bake a cake in the tin and the jug has some much needed flowers in it at the moment. All in all a very happy customer!”
