“This was a present for our youngest son's partner. She emailed me to say: "The jug is great, thanks! I've been using it a lot, love the colour and also it doesn't drip when you pour it." My only caveat is the delivery service was poor. I had orsered the jug early in order to have it in time before Christmas. It was sent to DHL very quickly and I was told to expect it to be delivered in a couple of days. I tracked the package and it was on the van but was 149th in the queue coming from Edinburgh! I live in the Scottish Borders so knew it would not be delivered that day. The next day it was on the van again and 49th in the queue, which meant a possible delivery. There was no delivery and no further notification when it would arrive. I had to contact DHL for them to chase it up. It took about 8 days for the jug to be delivered - it would have been quicker via Royal Mail which was on time throughout the festive season. That was the only disappointment with the order.”

“I loved the cups. The bread pan looks great, but I haven't tried it yet. I did not love the tea kettle - too small, and I did not see instructions on use of the kettle. Also, it is disappointing that a company that began in England now has it's product made in China.”

“I ordered the Drinking Set on December 2nd, and it was not delieverd until December 31st. Along the way, Falcon Enamelware customer service assured me that it would be delivered before Christmas and that they 'send their parcels out in good faith that they will be delivered in a timely manner.' If you'd rather not rely on good faith, shop elsewhere.”

“The serving tray I ordered did not disappoint, and the care put into the way the tray was packaged was amazing! It was delivered timely and my Daughter-in-law was so excited when she opened it on Christmas day. I highly recommend this product and the website was user friendly!”

“Enamored by the image of the 3-pint pitcher and the choice of lovely colors, I ordered eight of them: one for myself, and seven as Christmas gifts. I researched the website to determine where the product was made, but I found no indication that would suggest they were made outside of the UK. Once my orders arrived, I saw the tag attatched to the pitchers read "Made in China." I am disappointed in this from the "Icon of British Homelife." I would not have ordered the product had I known this. If it also matters to you, I hope you read this first. Note that the tag is the only place that indicates origin. The bottom of the pitcher only gives the brand and established date. I decided to keep the order since it was close to Christmas, and the return shipping would have been an added expense. I have used my pitcher twice. The first time was for water and the last time, I put rosemary stems in it as a vase. The inside bottom of the vessel now has a small chip and the bottom and areas of the inside walls took on a bright yellow stain. I tried scrubbing the stain off with a plastic scrubber, but it was stubborn. I used a bleach solution for the inside, and the stain lightened. The website suggests lemon juice to remove stains.”

“Having bought the wrong item ie a small teapot instead of a large one. I returned the item to the address given. I am waiting for the refund before buying another. This refund has still to be paid into my account. Would I still buy a falcon teapot, yes, but not just yet.”

“I am pleased with mugs and tumblers received. Unfortuntely, the 3 pint jug arrived with a notable chip near the pouring spout. Efforts to resolve this issue have gone unanswered to date. My review reflects this lack of communication.”
