“I ordered two 3 pint pitchers (different colors) - they are beautiful. I am using the one I kept as a flower vase currently. I just wish the pitchers came in a much larger size, perhaps 8 pints?”

“I am very pleased with the product, the packaging, and the speed of delivery. We will definitely look to buy something else in the future. However... living in West Virginia in the U.S., I thought that the shipping cost was excessive and the fact that I had to sign for the package for FedEx delivery are definite drawbacks.”

“These three pieces are just beautiful! The shapes are more nuanced "in person" and the red color is eye catching! I made an error with my shipping address when ordering and a quick email to the company saved the day. They quickly fixed the problem and the pieces arrived to the US quickly! Many thanks. “"I am profoundly displeased with the purchase and shipping experience of an order I placed with your company. The delivery timeline has been excessively extended. At this moment, I am uncertain about the arrival time of the items I have ordered. It was intended as a Christmas gift! The issue lies in customs clearance into a European Union country, and I find it astonishing that your company did not anticipate this delay in the delivery times. Furthermore, it is even more ludicrous that potential customs charges were not considered at the outset. These are all concerns that should be addressed by the seller who promises efficient shipping. I have just contacted the shipping provider, and their response - almost Kafkaesque in nature - is that they do not know when the delivery will take place. Moreover, the shipping agent informed me that I am not their direct customer. Hence, it seems my satisfaction as a customer is irrelevant to both you and the shipping provider. I am inclined to believe that I will never make another purchase from your company. Never again, and I also intend to write numerous negative reviews about your services.”

Hello Nicola, As mentioned in my email to you, we state that customs fee applies and delivery times are customs dependant. We cannot anticipate how long they take to clear certain packages. Our apologies that you are disappointed in our service but as mentioned, we hand over our parcels to FedEx in good faith but as such their clearance is out of our control.
