“So the only issue is that I live in The US and this was shipped to me from China. I got an expensive bill from Fed ex for tariffs I assume. I wish that was stated clearly. I’m sure it buried deep in something in the website but should be a pop up for US residents.”

“The bakeware is beautiful, I will cherish and use it for a long time and I'm sure it will hold. Shipping to the US was quick and easy except for having to meet the delivery driver to sign for he package. It would have been smoother if it could have just been left on the stoop. Overall I love Falcon ware and will shop with them again.”

“I'm very pleased with all of the enamelware purchased from Falcon. It is a joy to use and I haven't managed to chip one yet! On my recent purchase, I forgot to input my discount code before paying. I realised my mistake immediately and contacted customer service. The response, within half an hour, was Falcon would refund the discount directly to my credit card. No ifs, no buts. Excellent service. :-)”
