“I took a chance on ordering from the UK which entailed highish shipping charges because I love the enamel jugs I picked out. They were as lovely as I had hoped except once arrived with a few chips around the rim (the other was perfect). It took one short email to the company and they offered to send a replacement with no need to ship the damaged one back (which would. entail more shipping costs on my part). The company was so pleasant and responsive and the product was all that I had hoped! Thanks to the Falcon Team! Kris O”

“Recently have a dinner party where I put the large jug and the multicoloured tumblers out and everybody complimented them and asked where they were from. I’d imagine you’ll be getting some more orders now. I love how you put ice in them. It keeps the drink really cold perfect in this hot weather. And they’re so pretty.”

“I love the look and utility of the enamel cups, speed of delivery was good. The only issue I have is that when I received them I realized the curved lip of the cups is really wide. I always have to try not to dribble when the lip is that wide. I wish there were a way to create a slimmer lip. I will keep the lovely cups anyway.”

“Bought as a gift set for wedding anniversary present but arrived in 3 separate cardboard boxes not in presentation box. Also very disappointed to find goods made in China, also same Falconware items available from an eBay retail seller at more than £20.00 cheaper ! Not very impressed.”

Hello, Thank you for your order. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We package them in cardboard boxes and individually to avoid damage in transit. However, we will pass your feedback on. “I bought an orange 3 litre jug to put in the fridge for cold water. The enamel does not taint the water and with the addition of a fitted cork lid (purchased separately) it works very well”

“I too ordered from Falcon, assuming it was a British company. Nowhere does it say the country of origin is actually China. Tariffs for shipping to the US were more than half the cost of my order. The pieces seem decent enough quality, but it might be a while before I order again.”

“I ordered these cute drinking cups. Total prioce was $82 for 10 of them. I didn't notice the notice on the website that says I am responsible for any tarriffs. I recieved a bill from Fed Ex for $82. This is the tarriff. It does not say anywhere that the product is made in China. This is a British company. I believe their tarriff is 10%. China is 50%. Very misleading.”

“Very lovely looking but big chunk of enamel fell off when I was unpacking. Can’t be a good quality. For the price it’s unacceptable. To return is a hassle.”

“Although the two pans I ordered were seemingly well packaged there was enamel flaking on five of the eight corners. I decided to regard them as 'vintage-ware' and accept the flaws because I was very much taken by both the color and utility of the pans. But consdering the price I was disappointed.”
