“Love the three pint jugs. Great shape and great colours. Use for water on the table and also great for flowers. I have two myself and got a green one (a colour she loves) for my mum for Christmas which we used every day were there over the Christmas week.”

“I bought the 3 pint jug in tarragon for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They were very pleased with the jug, however, there are pinholes in the enamel underneath the handle and we feel this is gonna cause problems in the future. It cost way too much to return anything, I paid 50+ dollars for postage and handling to have the jug delivered. That’s crazy! The four mini tumblers, I ordered are absolutely adorable, but way smaller than what I thought they would be. Again cost way too much to return and re-order larger tumblers. I definitely would not buy Falcon enamelware again in the future. Copy.”

You only mentioned the mini tumblers being too small and wanting to return but not about being unhappy with the jug. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “Tea pot arrived damaged and the return policy will cost so much so it make no sense to use it. So i said to my girlfriend to use the the tea pot as it is because Falcon does not care, I send two email with no answer.”

“Really lovely enamel wear. I bought several pitchers and cups for family members for Christmas and everyone seemed pleased. One issue—the color “red” is actually orange. Not a huge issue but it’s there.”
