“Although the two pans I ordered were seemingly well packaged there was enamel flaking on five of the eight corners. I decided to regard them as 'vintage-ware' and accept the flaws because I was very much taken by both the color and utility of the pans. But consdering the price I was disappointed.”

“We're trying to reduce the number of plastic items we use on a daily basis and Falcon Enamelware tumbler's came highly recommended. We bought a bunch to replace our plastic cups we had used for years. My wife isn't a huge fan of change, but she has slowly been won over by them. They are more attractive than our previous cups, they are strong and durable, and they don't stain easily. They have a nice feel to them. And, no plastic. We're sold. I think it will be Falcon Enamelware tumblers from now on.”

“After seeing a very positive Wirecutter review, I was excited to get two pitchers for my wife's birthday. I didn't look carefully, but had not appreciated that this would involve international shipping. The package was held up for weeks in customs and arrived long after the event (and initially estimated arrival date). I do appreciate the customer service representative (Andeela) who kept me up to date on the shipment. When they arrived, one of the pitchers had a piece of chipped enamel (photo attached).”

“The cereal bowls chip very easily. I will not ever order again if the terrifs remain! I was charged 150.00 for terrifs on a 270.00 Falconware order. This came as a seperate bill from Fed Ex. I am still in shock!”

Hello, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Unfortunately, due to current US trade regulations, Falcon Enamelware products shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control, and must be paid by the recipient. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“I have purchased 2 of the 3 pt pitchers: a black one for my sister at Christmas (which is now holding bright peonies on her hearth) and a pale green for my brother and his wife's house warming. They are so beautiful as vases or drink holders. Shipping is always quick and very well packed. I did have a wrinkle this time because of the tariffs I think. Guess they were trying to decide if I needed to pay 10%, 25%, or 50% more.🤨. Luckily it was too complicated and no tariff was charged. 😁”

“Hello … this is not for the public ! I had wanted to get in touch …. I love Falconware and recently bought a few things for my daughter . I had them delivered to her home. Unfortunately, on opening the parcel my daughter saw that the lovely tall jug was chipped . She did tell me and I waited until I was visiting to look . It does make a difference to the jug … I hope this is an appropriate place to communicate! Fiona Stoppard”
