I am totally satified with the products, the colors and the sizes corresponds to what is announced on the websites. On the other end, the delivery took 4 weeks and the new custom policies is not satisfiyng at all. I had to pay 18 € for the delivery by Fedex plus another 53 € (VAT for France) on a second bill. Second bill I've never heard of and I received two letters from a private collecting society for the taxes.

Falcon charges all importing fees to the US back to the customer. Be prepared to pay an extra $200 for US shipping.

Hello, Thank you for your order. Yes, we charge the tariff fee back to the customer, this is separate from the shipping cost. We mention this on our banner, delivery information and product information. You will receive a FedEx bill after delivery which is the newly implemented tariffs. This goes to the importing country via the courier. Due to current US trade regulations, Falcon Enamelware products shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control, and must be paid by the recipient. US IMPORT DUTIES & TARIFFS The customs clearance is the authorisation from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that lets imported goods enter the United States once all duties and tariffs – including the current Section 301 tariffs on enamelware – have been assessed. CBP assigns the paperwork to the courier FedEx. The courier pays the duties and tariffs on your behalf, then invoices you for these costs together with its own brokerage or handling charge before delivery. Charges vary and Falcon Enamelware cannot collect or influence them in advance. For further details, see the CBP guide to buying goods online: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/internet-purchases. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

Beautiful items! We made a claim and the help and quick response were impressive.

Love the items purchased. They are beautifully made and functional. I would not recommend buying the product, however, due to the outrageous tariff bill I received today. Not worth it.

These pitchers are pretty and just what they look like in the photo. But I think the company should adjust the price of the item to cover the huge tariffs that are getting slapped on for a U.S. market. Other companies are doing this, and it seems fair. Here, I first had to navigate some super confusing (and threatening) paperwork from Fed Ex during shipping, but when I reached out, the Falconware representative assured me that " we will take care of it." But then I was hit with a Fed Ex bill, *after* delivery, worth almost the price of my entire order. Falconware does warn customers on their website about possible tariffs, but the enormity of the bill was a surprise and pretty much doubled the cost of the item. Terrible business response, IMO.

The jug and cups we bought are beautiful but probably not as high quality as we were hoping for with the price point. The paint is splattered around the edges of the rims on the majority of the cups.

Beware the tariff that will shock you.

I absolutely love the Falcon Enamelware I ordered. It is beautiful. One thing I was not expecting, however, was the $93 bill (on a $220 order) I received yesterday from FedEx for duty taxes. I had no idea that was coming. I'm sure it is related to the new tariffs, but it will be a deterrent to me ordering Falcon in the future, sadly. Great product.

Well I am pretty upset because I placed my order almost a month ago and still have not received it. I have contacted customer service a few times but no results. It appears to be stuck in Kentucky FedEx for the past week. So I cannot give the glowing review that you might like at this point because I have not received it. Disappointed in customer service. I am only writing here because their customer service has not replied to my recent emails.

Hi Linda, We have replied to both your emails as soon as we could. As mentioned, we have provided FedEx with all the information that is required and they have confirmed there is nothing further needed and it is going through their standard clearance process. It is still in clearance and unfortunately all we can do is wait. We cannot predict how long FedEx takes to clear something and we can only provide them with all the information needed. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

Two weeks after I received the product, I received a $150.00 unexpected and never-disclosed bill from FedEx for a Tariff fee for the received items. When I contacted Falcon they indicated that is out of their control, in that they can not predict the tariff amount. The expectation of a Tariff fee should have been disclosed by Falcon during the ordering/checkout process -- as part of the shipping costs. Also the fee should be paid by Falcon. Also these products can not be microwaved of course, so that is a factor to consider. Would not purchase again.

The product is great. However, I got a bill for $122.21 in import taxes on a $304 order. I realize this isn't Falcon Ware's fault or responsibility, but it's nuts. I would not have ordered these items if I had known.

I love Falcon Enamelware, always have for years and I cannot fault any items that I've purchased. My only disappointment was that I had to buy a set to get the items I wanted. I would like if I could buy single pieces to replace just the bits I have that have worn out.

I simply love Falcon Enamel ware! I bought sets of blue and white plates and bowels to use outside for picnics and at the beach. It's sturdy, attractive and functional. I bought different colored cups for my grandchildren so they knew which one was theirs' .

Hi Mary, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you have any concerns please write to us at info@falconenamelware.com Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team
