Absolutely beautiful stuff! Lighter than the Zoe Ted but good balanced heat transfer. And it’s timeless.

The enamelware is gorgeous, but Falcon should be more transparent about the tariffs. I ended up paying $128 in tariffs and taxes. I would not recommend purchasing from Falcon without knowing exactly how much you will pay in total, including tariffs.

Hello, Thank you for your order. We try to be as clear as possible, we mention this on our banner, delivery information and product information. The FedEx bill is the newly implemented tariffs. This goes to the importing country via the courier. Due to current US trade regulations, Falcon Enamelware products shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. Any applicable charges are determined by US Customs, are outside of our control, and must be paid by the recipient. US IMPORT DUTIES & TARIFFS The customs clearance is the authorisation from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that lets imported goods enter the United States once all duties and tariffs – including the current Section 301 tariffs on enamelware – have been assessed. CBP assigns the paperwork to the courier FedEx. The courier pays the duties and tariffs on your behalf, then invoices you for these costs together with its own brokerage or handling charge before delivery. Charges vary and Falcon Enamelware cannot collect or influence them in advance. For further details, see the CBP guide to buying goods online: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/internet-purchases. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

Ordered as a wedding gift for someone. It's such a hassle to try to get it imported. FedEx called me a dozen times asking for information that I didn't have. The shipper should list their contact info to work it out with FedEx and customs. It's been a month and the products still haven't been delivered.

Hello, Thank you for your order. We provide FedEx with all the paperwork but they still sometimes ask the customer first/at the same time. Your tracking shows this has cleared customs and is enroute to be delivered. Thank you for your patience. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

I have a number of Falcon Enamelware products, which I enjoy using - they're functional and stylish. But I have a suggested addition to the Falcon range - I have an old enamelware steamer saucepan (traditional white with blue rim), probably Polish, which I bought very many years ago, but use all the time. I would love to replace it with a new one and wondered whether Falcon would consider producing this as part of this excellent range... I'm sure lots of people would want one!

They didn't provide the info which they send the products from China and I had to pay about 40% tax. Horrible customer communication.

Your products are lovely, but I will never order again. I just received an invoice from FedEx for $91 in additional fees. I realize that's not your fault, it's recent tarrifs, but I'm deeply unhappy to pay such a large sum without advance warning. I won't be ordering from you again, which is truly too bad because your products are beautiful and seem like they're high quality.

I am totally satified with the products, the colors and the sizes corresponds to what is announced on the websites. On the other end, the delivery took 4 weeks and the new custom policies is not satisfiyng at all. I had to pay 18 € for the delivery by Fedex plus another 53 € (VAT for France) on a second bill. Second bill I've never heard of and I received two letters from a private collecting society for the taxes.

Falcon charges all importing fees to the US back to the customer. Be prepared to pay an extra $200 for US shipping.

Love the items purchased. They are beautifully made and functional. I would not recommend buying the product, however, due to the outrageous tariff bill I received today. Not worth it.
