“Hello … this is not for the public ! I had wanted to get in touch …. I love Falconware and recently bought a few things for my daughter . I had them delivered to her home. Unfortunately, on opening the parcel my daughter saw that the lovely tall jug was chipped . She did tell me and I waited until I was visiting to look . It does make a difference to the jug … I hope this is an appropriate place to communicate! Fiona Stoppard”

“Sizing is hard to establish from images would recommend ref point in pictures. the mini tumblers that I got for my toddler are to small, and when stacking them they became stuck and this has damage the enamel.”
