“Ordered a teapot as a Christmas gift which arrived chipped. I reached out 2 times and received no response. I didnt order factory seconds but thats what they sent me. VERY disappointed”

Hello, Apologies for the delay, we are a small team and working through as quickly as possible. As mentioned in my email and other review, I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched this week. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t wish to use it for consumption, we recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot. Let me know if you have any other questions. Kind regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“Tea pot arrived damaged and the return policy will cost so much so it make no sense to use it. So i said to my girlfriend to use the the tea pot as it is because Falcon does not care, I send two email with no answer.”

“Really lovely enamel wear. I bought several pitchers and cups for family members for Christmas and everyone seemed pleased. One issue—the color “red” is actually orange. Not a huge issue but it’s there.”

“I have purchased two pictures, eight tall tumblers and ate dinner plates and have received many compliments from my guests. The table where, with its mix of bright and subdued colors are very attractive and have a wonderful feel as you use them. They are solid and yet have a very soft feel to them.”

“I first became aware of Falcon Enamelware from Wirecutter which I sometimes rely on for purchases. I liked the modernist design of the pitchers and enjoyed the colors that were used. I am a collector of kitchen items and decided to purchase some of the imperfect items for the better price. But, I really enjoy the color selection that makes the items ideal for gifts. I am also currently getting away from using plastic in my kitchen and was drawn to the enamelware for that reason too. Plus, while I cannot use the enamelware in the microwave, they will not break if dropped and can be used by children! I made initial purchases for myself and then for gifts for 2 of my sisters who are also collectors and really enjoy the colors that I chose (which happen to be their college colors). I made further purchases based on the discounts offered for the Christmas season and end of season. Much appreciated! I would make more purchases but for the tariffs which increase the shipping et al costs. I expect to continue to make purchases however for myself and for gifts. Please continue to care the variety of colors especially for 'serviceware' that can be used for entertaining. One way to increase your access to the US market would be to establish a US based distributor relationship with someone. Just a suggestion. lol The service and delivery time has been wonderful too.
