“Fantastic looking floor once assembled with a clever click-together system which warrants a 3 star rating. It unfortunately has a downside in which, if you want to have it go under skirting boards, then it's virtually impossible with the system they use. Managed to just about do it in some areas and then use beading in others which is a shame as I would liked to have it under all. Very noisy to walk on at times with plenty of creaking and cracking noises even though the floor has been levelled, can VERY easily get damaged with a quick scuff or the wrong kind of shoes over it which is also disappointing, not very hard wearing and not suitable for high traffic areas, seems more suitable for looks over practicality.”

“This is nothing like the colour of the 1st photo on the website for light tobacco herringbone, this is brown. Was told that its a lighting issue, it is nothing to do with lighting, its a photo of a different product. Was also told I should have ordered a sample but how would I know if it was the correct sample. Cannot return as would cost more than the flooring therefore £300 wasted. Would never use this Company again.”

“Flooring is excellent and quick delivery also, this is the 3rd time I've ordered from here, and all orders been perfect from start to finish. The delivery charges may be a little high, but it's worth the chargesto get such great service. Will definately order from here again and highly recommend.”

“Flooring was fine, but no longer needed it, returns policy is rubbish, legal minimum. You have to organise your own courier to a depo in the midlands. It was suggested by a phone operator, that it would be easier if I sell it myself on eBay, which I did but could have done without the hassle. Wouldn’t have complained but have been spammed multiple times asking for a review. So here you have it!!!”
