“Easy order system, although did not live up to price match. Exactly same product found 25% cheaper but would not honour price match as 'sister' company, Very good service after ordering and delivery as requested, although other deliveries I have can tell you arrival to the nearest hour not just day.”

“Their whole approach was very customer orientated. I received my sample within days and their website is geared to be as intuitive as possible.My delivery arrived exactly as requested and the driver was very polite and helpful. I haven't opened my delivery yet but it is well packaged and I don't anticipate any problems. I will certainly use Factory Direct again.”
