“Pretty much the same flooring if not better than Tegola from carpetright. Carpetright needed 2 weeks to deliver whereas Factory Direct delivered within 48 hrs. Very pleased with the results”

“We are very happy with the flooring that we bought from Factory Direct Flooring. Good standard and very comfortable. My second order has now been placed. I dont mind the standard delivery, although it is kerbside only. Good quality of product at reasonable prices.”

“The reason I have not given Very Good is due to the poor delivery. Firstly, it is not good enough to say the delivery will be between 08.00 - 18.00. There should at least be an indication of whether it will be morning or afternoon. Secondly, it is one thing to say that the delivery will be to the pavement, but presumably this is the pavement outside the property to which you are delivering. The delivery truck had to park some distance away from our house, but was unable to use the trolley jack to get the pallet to our door, since the pallet was an unconventional size. This meant we had to unpack the items inside the truck and carry them to our house, an unwanted extra journey especially as I had the pleasure of carrying the boxes up three flights stairs. The driver told me that this has happened before, so you obviously know that it causes a problem at the customer end, but it seems that this doesn't matter to you.”

Hi thanks for your review. Regarding the kerbside delivery, we do cover this verbally over the telephone and also in the confirmation email we send after arranging your delivery and of course depending on where the driver can park, the kerbside may not be the closest access point, this being the reason we advise someone will need to be on hand to get the goods inside the property.. Occasionally yes, driver cannot always park right outside customers property depending on other parked cars etc.. Sorry if this caused you a problem. Regarding the time of day goods are delivered, you do get the option of choosing a timed or AM delivery on the check out page - as stated the standard delivery gives a delivery time of between 08:00 - 18:00 as arranged.

“I have bought 2 square metres of Ecostep Black White Chequerboard 599 Cushioned Vinyl Flooring and used it for my kitchen and it looks very pretty now. Placed second order for some more of the same vinyl sheet. Very pleased with everything.”

“I ordered 2 packs of Karndean Palio click vinyl flooring for a small bathroom floor as the price per pack was good and delivery charges very reasonable compared to other online suppliers who wanted £45-£50 for a relatively small delivery of flooring I was very surprised and pleased to get a telephone call the following day to ask me when I wanted delivery and I was able to get it delivered the following day The delivery driver even warned us to store the packs flat Amazing service all round So 10 out of 10 for price delivery and service I have yet to lay the flooring but Karndean vinyl click flooring looks great in the colour we have picked”
