“Great value for money I looked everywhere for decent price and factory direct flooring was the best fast delivery had phone call ten minutes after order to arrange delivery I would recommend over all a decent customer service and great price”

“I placed my order ,and was surprised it was going to be delivered so quick, then sadly due to technical issues it was delivered a couple of days later, which was not a problem, the problem was the lack of communication, a whole day lost :(”

“Totally disappointed in the so call 5* customer service. Paid £75 for the delivery which I was assured would be received the day after ordering between 8 am and 2pm despite the standard time of 8-6pm. I planned my whole day around this delivery and was at the address by 8am. Here I am still at 8.42pm and no contact from the driver or company and still with no flooring. Completely ruined my bank holiday schedule as I cannot guarantee it will delivered tomorrow as it is Sunday and the phone line has been engaged since 3pm. Fuming”

Dear Ms Bernard, Unfortunately the couriers did encounter some issues this Saturday, As we had bank holiday Monday we have been unable to chase them until this morning. I can see that the delivery charge has already been refunded due to the issue. We are currently contacting customer who were affected by this issue and of course will re arrange for a time that suits you. We have passed your feedback onto the courier, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in delivering your order.

“I am quite happy with the flooring but, the supplier has decided to change the profile of the jointing method of the flooring which is no longer comparable with previous flooring, which hasn’t helped me cause I have an on going installation that will not work with the new profile, nor would the supplier help me and return the 3 x packs that I had from them to exchange for the new jointing profile for the flooring. Wasn’t at all happy with this”

Dear Mr Parr, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on this, our supplier do sometimes make improvements to how the products are made, unfortunately as your orders were 5 months apart, there have been some changes to that product and we are not able to accept items for return from last year as we would not be able to supply those to any other customer due to them being stored in an unknown location for nearly 6 months. Please accept our apologies for this issue.
