“I have been browsing for sever months and found your website the easiest to view. The online documents and technical information helped me to answers to all my questions and also how to get the correct measurements.when I made my order I had a call within 10 mins to confirm delivery and product came on time boxes undamaged. I was pleased with the look of the click vinyl.”

“The flooring arrived ridiculously damaged and was only wrapped in clingfilm no box or pallet really bad experience especially as it’s £30 for delivery and it’s just thrown in the truck wrapped in clingfilm!”

“I love when you respond back to a review with an answer that was already covered you do it from a No-reply email address. Again, a displey of poor customer service and a lack on online technical business skills. I feel you need to retrain staff and chance your online business partners.”

“This is the second time we've ordered from Factory Direct. On both occasions the order has been fulfilled promptly and accurately. The products are as described. My interactions with the company by telephone have been friendly and helpful. There was a delay with delivery this time but that was down to the courier not Factory Direct, who helped to resolve the problem successfully.”
