“Both the cushioning and the beading we orchestrate top quality. In both instances the orders failed to arrive on time. In fact, there was no communication from them. Neither product could be tracked and we had to compensate the floor layer, who turned up to fit the flooring that hadn't arrived. An excellent product key down by an appalling delivery service.”

“Buyer Beware. Absolutely shocking customer service. I asked for a Monday delivery and thought all was fine. Four days early i get a call from a driver saying he had a palette of flooring for me. I was forty miles away at the time. Had to rush around requesting people to go and take my delivery for me. Now i have to go and double handle the delivery from one place to where it should have gone. The message is clear once they have your money they dont give a Dam. Not one phone call, email or text to inform me of early delivery, it just turned up four days early and its your problem to sort out the mess as best you can. I have never known anything like it. A total disregard for the customer.”

“Flooring was meant to be delivered on Tuesday. Wasn't given a delivery slot so Husband had to take whole day off work (he's self employed so lost out on a lot of money). The issue came when 6pm came and went. He had to take another day off work, but I called them early afternoon to ask what was happening. Told the flooring was loaded onto the delivery truck at midnight so would be with us some time that day. 6pm came and went. My husband had to take 3 full days off work in the end. Communication extremely poor from this company and no apology received or acknowledgement there was even an issue.”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the product as I never received it. The courier firm which Factory Direct used refused to give any indication of time or even date of delivery, although a "Timed Delivery" had been ordered as the premises are not open full-time. As a result, they kept trying for a week (so they said) but apparently at times when the premises were unmanned. Eventually I cancelled the order and bought elsewhwere. Very poor service.”

“Shocking service. Half the flooring arrived broken. They said they’d arrange next day delivery replacements. Didn’t hear anything back, then it became the day after. Here I am 3 days later STILL without the replacement products! AVOID!”
