“Shocking service. Half the flooring arrived broken. They said they’d arrange next day delivery replacements. Didn’t hear anything back, then it became the day after. Here I am 3 days later STILL without the replacement products! AVOID!”

“Terrible, both floors came damaged and marked! Took to long to resolve. Needed flooring down asap! Had no choice couldn’t wait! Was ridiculous to be offered £10,£20 then finally £25 refund! Won’t use this company again. Customer service agent was rude and cheeky thru email.”

“Awful service, order was apparently cancelled the day after i order. Never received an email, wasnt offered an alternative which meant I spent a whole day waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. Contacted them to be told to place another order. No sense of empathy or good service. Will not be ordering again. Would urge every reader not to order. A company who doesnt think about any kind of customer service. Awful experience!”

“Very annoyed to order vinyl that says it is in stock on the website and allows you to pick a delivery date and pay, only to get a phone call a day later (after I’d booked someone to fit it) to say it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in stock for 3 weeks. Factory Flooring Direct’s solution to this, did I want to order the 4m width (and pay the extra) instead of the 3m and cut off the excess? Or did I want a more expensive vinyl? No thank you to both! Only positive was a quick refund process. I understand in these difficult times that trying to get peoples business is important, but falsely advertising something to be in stock when it isn’t then asking them to buy a more expensive vinyl or one that is the incorrect size, is not the way to do business and just feels like a dishonest way to trade and makes the customer feel conned into spending more money.”

“Delivery Rubbish. last year I was waiting few weeks for my floor that affected my home project i lost slot for carpenter and was waiting for another 3 months for him. this week i ordered small items again not arrived yet. No call no message just quiet. i pay extra fee for delivery still doesnt work. if you have other opinion do not waste your time with that seller. I don't know who rated delivery that high?”

“The floor is terrible. It’s cheap flooring but it wouldn’t be worth laying if it were free. It looks great when you first unroll it and it would be great for anyone that doesn’t have kids, dogs, furniture or own anything heavy. You also can’t move anything on it or it rips. We tried moving our sofa out and ripped it. Our sideboard ripped it. It must be meant for people that don’t use their room for anything. Totally worthless and not worth the effort let alone the money.”

“Laminate poor quality, repeatedly chipped and huge amount of wastage due to misshapen tongue and groove preventing a clean finish. Trim ordered to match and colour totally different. Instructions on box different to those sent/available online causing issues and more wastage when fitting. Do not recommend”

“Don’t order! Don’t order!! Ordered lots of samples when searching for the perfect colour for my laminate. As a first time home buyer money is something I’m conscious of while getting on my feet so I thought I was getting a good price and ordered from here. The floor arrived and does not even closely match the sample I was sent from them! The beading I paid to get colour matched also is a million miles off the floor colour sent and damaged meaning lots of wastage if I were to use it. Contacted customer service and they wouldn’t take any responsibility and said I had the wrong sample despite me sending images of the sample with the label and colour on including a video because they thought the images weren’t correct. I currently have my floor getting fully ripped up tomorrow (as it has issues) and now have no floor to put down unless I keep the floor that is the wrong colour. They will collect and refund if I wait in 8-6pm all day a week later and then my refund will take another week. So in the meantime I’m meant to have no floor down at all or pay out elsewhere to get something sooner. Poor poor service. Avoid. I’d post images of able.”

“We bought this flooring and was installed by a professional installer. There were yellow marks on lots of the boards that we didn’t notice as they were going down. The installer had issues getting the planks to stay together. We had to take it up and reinstall and it was still the same problem.the boards didn’t do well when we were taking the floor back up to reinstall. We noticed that some of the boards had defects and were slightly bowed. I Informed the company and sent pictures of the issues and they only thing that she came back with was the underlay was not to their standard . There was no information on their website or on the leaflet that came with the flooring to say what thickness underlay or quality should be used. I would not recommend this flooring due to the problems we had plus customer service when trying to rectify it”
