Buyer Beware. Absolutely shocking customer service. I asked for a Monday delivery and thought all was fine. Four days early i get a call from a driver saying he had a palette of flooring for me. I was forty miles away at the time. Had to rush around requesting people to go and take my delivery for me. Now i have to go and double handle the delivery from one place to where it should have gone. The message is clear once they have your money they dont give a Dam. Not one phone call, email or text to inform me of early delivery, it just turned up four days early and its your problem to sort out the mess as best you can. I have never known anything like it. A total disregard for the customer.
