Flooring was meant to be delivered on Tuesday. Wasn't given a delivery slot so Husband had to take whole day off work (he's self employed so lost out on a lot of money). The issue came when 6pm came and went. He had to take another day off work, but I called them early afternoon to ask what was happening. Told the flooring was loaded onto the delivery truck at midnight so would be with us some time that day. 6pm came and went. My husband had to take 3 full days off work in the end. Communication extremely poor from this company and no apology received or acknowledgement there was even an issue.
