“Very simply Factory Direct Flooring provides excellent products though an easy to use website. This is backed up by excellent service on the phone and very good notification of an ongoing order. This arrived when they said it would. This is the second time that I have used Factory Direct and would recommend them to anyone! :)”

“My goods were supposed to be delieverd today and I waited in all day. At 4.00pm the driver called to say he'd be half an hour but by 6.40pm he hadn't arrived. No call to say he'd be late or wouldn't make it or anything.”

Hi Mr Booth, As per the emails we have sent you, we have checked the details and unfortunately it seems the driver went to the wrong property - as we discussed i have credited part of the delivery charge and the goods are out for delivery today, we have advised them about visiting the wrong property and they should be with you shortly. Please accept our apologies for the delay.

“Timed delivery, was given a slot to pick product was delivered in pristine condition on time, so a good service, not many people stock Aquastep which is an unbelievably high quality product, if you need to buy some, buy it off these people”

“I received a phone call on a Saturday morning to arrange delivery within 5 mins of placing my order. Unfortunately after delivery I discovered one box out of ten was a different shade number. Perhaps is was coincidental that the odd box was at the bottom on the pallet.”

Hi Mr Gosling, Thanks for your review, if you would like to send us some photos of the batch codes, we can get this sorted for you no problem. It may also be worth checking the pack against the others first, if you need it replacing that isn't a problem.

“Perfect service from start to finish. Free samples received within 24 hours. Order acknowledged and delivery date arranged by phone within 15 minutes of Order being placed. Delivery on time and delivered by pleasant young man. Product seems first class too - not laid yet!”

“I confirmed stock, placed my order on Monday and was immedaly contacted. Delivery was arranged for Wednesday and the tiles arrived on the day. Only one minor gliche - I was not contacted as promised "an hour before delivery" to ensure someone could take delivery but my daughter handled it.”

“Excellent Service. Had a phone call 10 minutes after placing order on-line to arrange delivery to suit me. Did not open the packs for several weeks but when I did, I had several damaged panels. Adam dealt with my problem and despite it being weeks after delivery, there was no question of not replacing the panels. A complete box was sent to me. Very pleased with the service.”

“We are really impressed with the flooring and customer service from FDF! We were quite reserved due to not using them before but the service was fantastic and the flooring really looks good considering it's a "budget" floor. It looks the same as the more expensive flooring you see down in people's home and the quality is great. Was also fairly easy to lay!”
