“I Ordered Rhinofloor Elite Woods Legacy Oak Brown 5765057 Vinyl Flooring for our kitchen and hall. The flooring is excellent quality and looks great. Buying from Factory Direct Flooring, the flooring was very much better value than buying from a well known carpet shop and I would give the service 10/10. Adam was very helpful, and I would without doubt recommend this company to friends and family.”

“Excellent service, received 2 samples within 2 days, although I would have liked to be able to order more than 2 samples. However, when I placed my full order, phone call within an hour to arrange delivery. Excellent service all round - highly recommended”

Dear Mr Newbury, From time to time damages do occur during transport, I can't see any report of damage from you on our system so i have emailed you regarding damages and replacements.

“Very easy to order and product was delivered quick & efficiently! Difficult to check when arriving palletised & shrink wrapped but none of the boxes appear damaged so I'm guessing all is good and a I can't wait to have my floor laid! Thank you!”

“Received a prompt phone call regarding delivery, after placing my order online. Item delivered two days after ordering and delivery drivers called 30 minutes in advance to check there was someone in. We've not laid the lino yet but from what we can see it looks like a good product and it was a very reasonable price.”

“From ordering several samples (which arrived next day) to placing our order, customer service has been great. Within minutes of ordering online someone from customer services was on the phone to confirm the order and arrange delivery. My only niggle is that, having agreed a delivery date, the courier delivered it the day before the agreed date which was inconvenient because we were out. Fortunately we arrived home just as the courier was driving away. Not sure if the problem lies with Factory Direct Flooring or the courier but there's no point in going to the effort of agreeing delivery date, confirming it by email and then not sticking to it.”

“I bought this flooring because it was the exact colour I was looking for. I did get a couple of other samples but this one was by far the thickest. It looks amazing and was very easy to lay. Would definitely recommend this flooring.”
