“So far we have only looked at the samples which were kindly sent out. As a result of being able to look at the samples in our house, we have now managed to purchase the flooring from Factory Direct, knowing that we have the right flooring.”

“Ordered some sample pieces for my elderly parents. The wrong ones were sent but I do believe this was a genuine mix up with someone else's samples. They were quick to rectify the issue and the right samples were received within 2 days!”

“Extremely rude and unhelpful customer service manager. Clearly this company are only interested in taking your money and should you require further assistance they are not interested in helping you. Slow delivery and product quality not brilliant.”
