“The delivery was swift, faster than had been stated and considering we're in Greater London we're extremely impressed. The fitter who sells his own range of flooring was very impressed with the quality. Shall definitely be ordering from Factory Direct Flooring again. Thank you very much.”

“I requested both lino tile samples and luxury lino plank samples I did not know (but understand) I could only have 2 samples. the tile samples arrived quickly but sadly being unaware I could not have both tile and plank samples to compare which I should decide to order I will have to go to Howdens to look at the lino planks to make a comparison.”

Dear Ms Sutherland, Thank you for your review, As per the information we gave via telephone, there was no one in when the delivery driver arrived, so they left the 2 items safe for you in the grey shed. With this in mind, we would ask you to consider re submitting your review to reflect the service that was provided.

“Im looking for vinyl flooring and asked for samples, I ordered them on a Thursday evening and they were delivered Saturday morning. This is fantastic service, I ordered some from Leoline too...not a sign of them yet...most a week gone. Many thanks Factory direct, first class service.”
