“Easy ordering service and follow up call to confirm order & delivery. As the delivery is only kerbside this was the only let down, if I had of read this before in would not have ordered from here - the pallet was just delivered not unpacked so you have to unpack & then discard of all packages & wooden pallet yourself. Definitely recommend getting help where can if ordering a number of packs of flooring which not every one can. Flooring itself looks good and value for money, however would say delivery service could be enhanced from what they offer. Booked AM delivery and turned up with 1 minute to spare!!!!”

“Delivered all in good order, no damaged boxes which is always a welcomed bonus, driver was helpful, I haven't got round to laying the floor as of yet but judging by the quality and colour I chose, I'm fairly confident it's going to look stunning. I've left 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact I haven't laid it yet, but once I do I'm sure it will be 5 stars. If all goes well I'll be ordering more for the bedroom”

“Ordered 4 samples of vinyl flooring, even though website stated only 2 could be ordered 2, revisited the site and ordered another 2. All 4 samples arrived together, and were delivered when expected, samples were larger than those of another well known retailer, but one was a wood effect and couldnt really see overall effect i think ones which were tile effect would be the same. Overall very pleased with service. Samples were good quality, i have however not yet decided wether or not to proceed with a purchase.”

“I ordered a sample as i have never had laminate flooring before and wanted to see the quality and color before taking the plunge. The sample came next day and the quality looks great, im not by all means clued up on what is good or not but i guess for my purposes it will do just great. Now to decide on what color and learn how to lay it.”
