“With freezing weather affecting the entire country I was kept informed about changes to delivery days. repeatedly allowed to choose delivery day till they were able to deliver. The freezing weather affecting the country was not their fault and they did everything they could to rearrange delivery to my satisfaction. Always polite. Always apologetic. Always friendly. Couldn't be happier with service and product... Thank you :)”

“Very competitive prices but..... it took three missed delivery slots before finally being delivered. Ok, so this was an issue for the courier company but I didn’t choose who to use, they did. Biggest problem is the names on the website are not what are printed on the box. I ordered Dove Grey and Snowy White Aqua Plank, what I got was ‘summer oak’ with two different product codes. Why could I not have been told about this when the order was confirmed by them on the phone? It would have saved a lot of calls, stress and time! Having said this, now I know what to watch out for I would use again.”

“Good product at a good price. Delivered as stated, on time. This company would have scored 5 stars if it hadn't completely ripped me off with its delivery charge of near on £30. As an online retailer, i charge my customers £10 to send similar sized parcels by courier and i still manage to make a profit.”

“reasonable price, quick delivery, great product! I installed true summer oak in our daughters flat (over very level cement underfloor). It clicked together very easily and I put down over the EWA50 acoustic underlay. The underlay was not necessary but since it was a flat, I thought the extra noise insulation would be helpful. It scores easily with a sharp utility knife and breaks along the cut quite easily. The floor has been down for about 4 months now and still looks/feels great. Also just put it in her bathroom (w/o the underlay). (Very helpful to use a vibrating multitool to cut under the door casings for an absolute professional fit.) I put down a similar click, product in USA (cheaper, made in China, standard stock from the local big hardware store and found it much harder to install...so the extra money is well worth it!”

“The price was much cheaper than for the same product from other sellers. Customer service was excellent. My only gripe is that the delivery is kerb side only which caused me huge problems trying to find an available adult to help me take delivery as people do not want to take the day off work. I do not understand as to why I can have an American Fridge Freezer delivered into my home but not 5 packs of flooring into the garage!”
