“My initial contact by telephone with Factory direct was very helpful answering all my queries and giving me lots of other information that proved very helpful. I booked a Saturday delivery and was happy to pay the extra cost but i changed my mind and they refunded the full extra cost to my account the very same day. The whole process from initial conversation to having my vinyl floor sample and then the full 2 rolls delivered to my home took only 3 days. The vinyl floor is perfect and £300 cheaper for the same product from other retailers even with there " SALE " discounts. Very beautiful and good quality vinyl floor. Goliath Authentic beige.”

“Great price on vinyl click flooring (sale price), high quality and delivered in perfect condition. Great delivery with a phone call an hr before to let me know arrival time. Excellent service with a phone call from factory direct to follow up, confirm order and delivery slot. Stress free service all round. Would definatley use again”

“User friendly website with a wide choice of products and reasonably priced. Confirmation of order by email with a follow up call to confirm delivery date. Order delivered on time and am very happy with the quality of the product I ordered. This is the second time I have bought from Factory Flooring and will do so again for future projects. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Ordering on website very straight forward - recived phone back shortly after placing order to confirm delivey date - originally offered Tuesday but they were happy to change at our request to the Wednesday. Confirmation emails and on the Wednesday a friendly delivery man delivered the order. Prices good - service excellent Our order was for only a small amount but we were still treated as valued customers. Definitely recommend.”

“Love the fact that the website does all the calculations for you about all the other bits you need. Not happy to find VAT added at the end - not expecting that. BUT good prices, honest decriptions and great, quick delivery. The range of edges (for doors and meeting carpets) in hardwood is the best I've come across. The delivery team is realy good, efficient, helpful and early! Not started laying thefloorbut it looks fandabydosy!”

“Very fast delivery, however the pallet fell over in transit (I think it was overloaded) the courier took photos an forwarded them to me. One box had a little damage but contents were fine. We have laid 11 ot of 23 boxes so hopefully the rest will be undamaged. Very happy with the service and the product.”
