“When shops say "free samples" you normally have to pay for postage and packaging. Not the case here! I will absolutely be buying my flooring from here. The prices are the best I've found.”

“Stock amounts on the website were not up to date, so I had to order another option once my original order had already been accepted and paid for as they were out of stock. I had to chase up on the date it was due for delivery only to find out the delivery hadn't even been booked. The soonest next delivery date available was a Saturday delivery. After having to go in to work on a weekend which I do not usually work and waiting all day as the courier would not call to let me know a delivery time slot, it then again was not delivered. After then cancelling the order, the delivery was then attempted a week later! With the current stock and delivery issues, I would not recommend using Factory Flooring Direct if you need your flooring to arrive within a specific timeframe.”

“Website is mis leading ordered cushioned vinyl as stated in the ad online ended up with normal vinyl. Delivery driver didn't even knock on the door. Delivery was just left on the driver way even when I was home. Save you time and don't order from here because it will cost you the return delivery even if good arrive damaged.”
