“Really brilliant customer service after I’d placed the order to confirm I had bought the right underlay to go with my flooring - really professional advice. Product is excellent and was well packaged. Let down by the delivery company they used who provided no communication and then didn’t deliver when they were supposed to. Otherwise would have been 5stars.”

“My flooring never arrived in the day it said and I’ve had no communication from them. I rang during opening hours and the answer machine told me they were closed and I tried to email but it bounced as host not found.”

Hi Claire, I have checked the details of your order and you actually selected 09/11/21 for delivery so this isn't due to be delivered until tomorrow, so we do feel that 1 star is a little bit unfair considering we have dispatched the items as requested.. “Actual product was amazing quality and great price. Service was shocking. Paid for set delivery time, didnt come. After various phone calls they promised it would be delivered by 5pm and wasnt. After another complaint I was wrongly cc'd into an email from Customer Services to the Courier Company which slagged me off. Very poor customer service.”
